Dick and Carey model

In Instructional Design, the ADDIE model, is well known, but the Dick and Carey model follows closely behind. Dick W. and Carey L. had put forth the basic model of Dick and Carey in the year 1979. This model is based on a systematic approach to designing instruction. Every component of the system, i.e. teachers, students, learning material, and learning environment, depends on the input and output of the system. Feedback plays a vital role as it determines if the desired goal of the system has been reached. There are 10 steps involved in the Dick and Carey model:
