The Design: The band was designed by Coblat_Prime and posted on Thingiverse, the design is free to use but per the terms you are not allowed to print someone else's design for profit. The Printing:

We have a 2012 Flashforge Creator 3d printer that produces 7 units every 1.25 hours. We were also recently donated a Creality Ender 3 that is able to produce 9 units every 1.25 hours. When the print is complete we hand remove the bands and then start another batch.
