ALL PAYMENTS ARE SENT VIA PAYPAL. I DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT.

🚫 OPENING A PAYPAL CLAIM ON ME FOR ANY REASON IS AN AUTOMATIC BAN AND YOU WILL FORFEIT ANY GOODS/PAYMENTS YOU HAVE WITH ME - this puts EVERYONE'S money at risk so I canNOT be lenient - please EMAIL ME if you have issues and we can discuss it.

❕ MISSED 1st PAYMENTS

⋆ payment is DUE before submitting the order form.⋆ if you miss the 1st payment deadline, since your order will not be counted, you will be refunded regardless of whether or not you submitted a form.⋆ forms submitted without payment will be deleted after 24 hours.⋆ in turn, payments received without a form will be refunded after 24 hours. ↳ there are ONLY TWO (2) cases where I will give 1st payment refunds1. if 1st payment is received after the deadline2. if I receive a full refund from the fansite/artist/dollmaker/etc for whatever reason.

❕ MISSED 2nd PAYMENTS (EMS/INTL SHIPPING PAYMENTS)

⋆ if you miss the 2nd payment deadline, you must contact me within 48hours and pay the 2nd payment as well as REPAY 1st payment. If I’m not contacted, you will forfeit that order and your 1st payment.↳ I update IMMEDIATELY when I have the information and I send these emails within 24 hours↳ I typically give buyers a longer time frame to send 2nd payments than *I* have to send these payments - meaning I typically front at least some out of pocket

❕ MISSED 3rd PAYMENTS (DOMESTIC SHIPPING)

⋆ if you miss the domestic shipping deadline, you must contact me within 48hours and pay your domestic total x2. If I’m not contacted, you forfeit your order and all payments.* unpaid items will be listed for reclaim (1) month after the domestic deadline >>> original buyers may reclaim the items before this date.

❕ I DO NOT "SELL" SPOTS !!

↳ I know it's a common thing but once an order is closed YOU are responsible for the order.↳ If you want me to list your goods for reclaim once I have the items on hand you may do so and receive a full refund AFTER the items are sold.

🚫 missing TWO (2) 2nd or 3rd payments will put you on a warning list - missing a THIRD will ban you from my orders.

Most managers have a general policy about missed payments where either no payment = no order, or they have some sort of late fee, just as a consequence for missing the payment since it inconveniences the manager.
Since I don't charge fees for my time spent working on GOs as a "profit" or a safety net, I end up spending money out of my own pocket covering when people miss payments. So I ask those who miss payments who still want to proceed with the order to pay their 1st payment again (as opposed to a 10 or 15% late fee, simply for convenience) as a pseudo "profit" so that in the future it's less likely that I spend out of pocket since I'll have a sort of fund already. And I also hope that when people see the disclaimer that missing the payment will result in this consequence, they'll be really sure to keep up with updates and be diligent in checking their emails so the GO runs smoothly.
It's also used for miscellaneous things, like maybe the fansite charges a higher paypal fee than I collected, or currency conversion fees I have to cover before I can collect back, or to keep stocked on packing supplies so I'm not running out in the middle of domestic!

ORDERS & PROCESSES

✬ there are THREE (3) different types of Group Orders that I manage

1. "General" orders

↳ this is the standard process for the majority of my orders↳ this also includes orders that include a PRE-PAY or PRE-ORDER period before the normal order

➸ General Group Order Process

Filling out ANY of my order forms means you are 123456789% WILLING & ABLE & COMMITTED to the following payments:

1: your goods2: your part of the overseas shipping fee (from fansite/dollmaker/fanartist/etc)3: your domestic shipping (from me to you)

OPEN ORDER/DEPOSIT PERIOD:

> this is the timeframe between the order opening, and the order closing> orders are accepted and 1st payments taken - I will send an order&payment confirmation within 48 hours- payments must be made by the deadline in order to participate in the group order

CLOSED ORDER PERIOD

> this is the timeframe where the goods are in production (depending on the item, can range from 2 weeks to 4 months)> this is also the period wherein the fansite/fanartist/dollmaker/seller receives the goods + packs the goods + ships the order to me

EMS/Intl Shipping information:

- EMS is based on weight and therefore I will not know the fee until the order is closed and the final quantity is taken- EMS fees are generally due 2~7 days after an order closes (there ARE exceptions)> I will send payment emails within 24 hours of this fee being reported to me> if orders are sent to my Korean Address, they will all be combined and EMS will be split between multiple orders> EMS costs under $20 (for the buyer) will be added to domestic for Canada/Intl buyers >if EMS costs overall are under $50 (typically fanart orders), these will be added to domestic for all buyers.

DOMESTIC PERIOD:

- once the order has arrived, I'll begin sorting / packing / sending domestic emails- everyone will have TEN (10) DAYS to pay for domestic shipping from the time THEIR email is sent out, or to contact me with plans to pay;> I don't mind holding your goods, but please pay ASAP.- once I have the goods on hand, I'll be able to judge how best to ship them so please don't ask me about this beforehand.- for information on combined shipping, please see the page on my masterlist labelled "DOMESTIC SHIPPING FAQ"

2. "QUANTITY SURVEYS":

↳ these order do NOT require payment until after the survey period has passed↳ these orders DO require the same level of committment as a normal GO, meaning if you drop out, the same consequences will apply ↳ the purpose of these types of orders is to gauge the quantity an order will produce BEFORE setting the order into motion as a means to save time/effort ↳ this is why commitment is required - the seller needs an accurate representation of the quantity they're working with

OPEN PERIOD

> during this period, "orders" are taken and confirmed, and reported to the fansite/fanartist/dollmaker/seller

CLOSED PERIOD

> after all quantity is taken, the fansite/fanartists/dollmaker/seller will either cancel the project, or decide to move forward with it> if it is the former, the order will remain "closed", but if it is the latter, it will proceed as a normal GO.

3. "INTEREST SURVEYS":

↳ these types of orders are essentially just me asking "would you buy this?" ↳ there's no committment, no payment, and generally a very limited "open" period↳ after an interest survey, an order will move into either a "normal" order, or a quantity survey

EMAILS

For most orders I send FIVE (5) emails:

0. Google Forms will automatically send you a copy of your order form. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam.

1. Confirmation & 1st Payment

↳ obviously this is where I confirm that I have received your order and your 1st payment for an order - please allow at least 4 days for me to send this email.

2. EMS/Intl Shipping (2nd Payment) Information

↳ this email will go out to everyone in an order when I have this information and will contain payment instructions for 2nd payments

3. 2nd Payment Confirmation

↳ this email will show you that I have received and confirmed your payment

4. Domestic Payment Information

↳ this email will be sent once I have your order(s) in my possession, packed, and ready to ship ↳ it will contain the method I'm shipping, your shipping fee, and payment instructions

5. Tracking #'s

↳ I will not confirm domestic payments but I will send you a tracking email on the date your package is shipped.

> I also send important updates via email such as deadline changes, changes to the design of an order, cancellations, etc.

F.A.Q.'s

a. "Is _____ still open?"↳ If the form is still open you can squeeze in but pay attention to payment deadlines. If the payment deadline has passed, your order will not be taken.
b. Do you take requests?↳ Yes~ But I do reserve the right to not open an order for whatever reason.
c. "Will you open for _____?"↳ I'll open for Bangtan (OT7), Mamamoo (OT4) and misc (TTMIK) as long as there is interest

e. Do you combine domestic shipping?↳ Yes, I will auto-combine arrivals within a certain time frame
f. "Can you give me an estimate of EMS?" ↳ please check below
g. "Can you give me an estimate of domestic?" ↳ I already have - please check the "domestic" shipping tab for Flat-Rate prices, First Class estimates & my supplies fees
h. What does it mean to be "banned"? ↳ if you're on my banned list, it means you have excessively missed payments/dropped out/wasted my time↳ it means you can no longer join my orders :(
i. Can I send payment for more than one order at a time?↳ yes, as long as you include the notes I ask for on the form / payment email
j. Do we have to send proof of payment? ↳. no, it's MY job to send you proof that I received your payment.
k. Can I sell my spot? / Can I drop out of ___ and put my payment towards ___? ↳ unfortunately, no :(
