this page includes info on reclaims for GOs I hosted, mono_gos, and items I'm selling from my personal collection.

both USA and CANADA buyers are required to pay using FRIENDS & FAMILY ONLY. international buyers with ONLY GOODS & SERVICES may pay using Goods & Services.
I ship from Mississippi. so the further you are from me, the more your domestic shipping will cost.
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT RESELLING THESE ITEMS FOR MORE THAN YOU PAID, YOU WILL BE BLOCKED AND BANNED AND ANY ONGOING ORDERS YOU HAVE WITH ME WILL BE FORFEIT ("more than you paid" does not include domestic shipping, ex: if you paid $10 for the item + $5 shipping, selling it for $15 will not result in a ban).
prices are NOT NEGOTIABLE and random freebies (stickers, transparent fans, whatever I have, tbh) will be included!
FAQ:
q: can I combine reclaim items with _______ ?
a: combining is possible with any on-hand items (unless the domestic shipping label has already been made as there is a time limit on when they can be voided). all combining is done automatically on my end (with your help in some cases).
q: do the prices include domestic shipping from you to me?
a: no. domestic will be added on to the prices you see listed.

q: I do not have PayPal, can I pay using _____ ?
a: nope. I only have PayPal.
q: if i submit more than one form per round of reclaims, can you ship them together?
a. yes
q: if I don't get all the items I want, can I back out/cancel?
a: no. please be committed af before attempting to reclaim. if you back out or do not pay, you will no longer be allowed to join reclaims.
q: if I don't pay by the deadline, what happens to the items I wanted?
a. if you don't pay for your items, they will first be offered to the next person who wanted them; if there is nobody else, or they do not reply/pay, etc, the items will be re-listed.
HOW TO RECLAIM:
NEW ITEMS;
the goal as of Jan 2022 is to have new items up for reclaim every (2) weeks (always on Sunday).
new items will be inventoried, photo'd, listed, and announced on Twitter at least (1) week before the date they are going up for reclaim.
new items can only initially be reclaimed using the reclaim form, which will be posted on Twitter (each new batch of reclaims will have it's own form).
new items will be FIRST COME FIRST SERVE going in order the reclaims form is submitted.
payment emails will be sent out within 24 hours, and payment for items will be due within the next 36 hours.
for upcoming items that do not have photos, or for items you just wish to see additional photos of, I will accept requests for photos up until the Thursday before the reclaim date.
after (3) days, any items that are leftover will be added to the "leftovers" list.
the process for upcoming/new items reclaims is as follows:
at least (1) week prior to the reclaims date, a notice will be posted on Twitter
the reclaim form will be posted on Twitter at the time previously announced
reclaim form previews will be posted before the Sunday the form is posted, but items are typically listed exactly as they are shown on the items list. they are typically divided by order or by type of item.
I will begin sorting items within the hour, and payment emails will be sent to buyers who have successfully claimed items (throughout the rest of the day)
for those who are combining domestic shipping with other arrivals, payment for reclaimed items MUST be made BEFORE you receive a domestic shipping fee.
those that have no other arrivals with me will need to pay the price of reclaims + domestic shipping (this will be calculated and included in your payment email).
additional updates will be posted on Twitter as needed.
the form will close after (3) days and leftover items will be moved to the leftovers list.
non-combined reclaims will be shipped within (2) weeks and tracking numbers will be sent via email.
LEFTOVER ITEMS;
leftover items can be reclaimed at any time by emailing me, email instructions are below (if these instructions are not followed I will disregard your email).
leftover items are also first come first serve, but in the order in which I receive emails for them.
emails for leftover items will be checked and replied to each Thursday; payment for items will be due within the next 36 hours.
official items that do not include photos are in good condition; asking for photos is welcome but will not count as first come first serve.
these items can also be held to be combined with upcoming reclaims.

the subject should include the word RECLAIM and also include your name (so I can easily find it when/if needed).
in the email, please include the following:
a list of item/s you are reclaiming
the name on your Paypal account + your Paypal email
your shipping address, UNLESS you have arrivals currently on-hand with me (including my GOs, mono_gos korean address shipments, bangtanslogans claims, etc)
what order/s you currently have on hand with me BUT ONLY IF YOU ARE COMBINING DOMESTIC SHIPPING
for GOs I hosted, just the order name is fine; additionally, you can just say "mono_gos korean address shipment #___," "bangtanslogans" if they apply, you don't need to list orders for those.
