Terms of Use – The Habit Maker

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully. By downloading, installing, or using The Habit Maker, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
The Habit Maker is a habit-tracking application. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter.
Subscription & Auto-Renewal
Premium is a subscription that unlocks additional features such as unlimited goals and iCloud Sync.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may cancel at any time via your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or by tapping “Manage Subscription” in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, content, and code, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content without permission.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or subscription.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The Effective Date above reflects the latest version.
