"... rooted and built up in him and established in the faith,
just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving." - Colossians 2:7
Enrollment at The Grove reflects a shared commitment to our mission, philosophy, and community life. Because we are a parent-partnership community, admission is a process of mutual discernment undertaken with care and prayer.
Admission to The Grove for the 2026–2027 academic year is OPEN through March 31, 2026.
Apply to The Grove:
Complete an application to tell us about your family, your approach to homeschooling, and how you hope to engage in our parent-partnership community.
Families whose applications indicate a potential fit will be invited to review our Membership Handbook and, if applicable, the Upper School Guide before a family interview is scheduled.
Submit required background checks and fingerprinting for participating adults.
Final enrollment decisions are made prayerfully with consideration for both the applying family and the community.
Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment. Space is limited, and multiple factors are prayerfully considered.
Affirm our Statement of Faith
Abide by the policies outlined in The Grove Membership Handbook and Upper School Guide
Share their time and talents by leading classes or serving the community in other meaningful ways
Statement of Christian Faith
Mothers participating in The Grove are required to be professing Christians who affirm faith in Jesus Christ and the truth of the Gospel. Participation in The Grove assumes agreement with The Grove’s Statement of Faith and a shared commitment to live out the Christian faith within our community. Please read our Statement of Faith.
The Membership Handbook and Upper School Guides
The Grove Membership Handbook establishes shared expectations for conduct, communication, participation, and community life. These policies exist to support a safe, orderly, and nurturing environment for all families and to protect the health and well-being of our students and community.
For families participating in Upper School, additional academic guides outline course expectations, workload, and the increasing responsibilities appropriate to this stage of learning. Together, these documents provide clarity and consistency as students grow in maturity and independence.
Community Commitments for Mothers
The Grove is a mother-led homeschool fellowship, and our shared life depends on the presence, participation, and care of its member mothers. These commitments guide involvement in classes, community activities, and daily fellowship, helping to maintain a peaceful, orderly, and nurturing environment for both children and adults.
We are currently accepting applications for the 2026-2027 school year with limited availability. Our application process will end March 31, 2026.
We recognize this application is in-depth, and we believe this care and clarity at the outset serves families, leadership, and the life of the community well. The Grove is a mission-shaped community, not simply a collection of classes. These questions are meant to help both your family and our leadership discern whether The Grove is a good mutual fit as we are seeking shared vision, approach, and expectations. Thank you for taking the time to thoughtfully complete this application.
