Booking Policy & Session Guidelines

You're a beautiful canvas, and we're all about helping your inner beauty emerge. 

At Golden Light Wellness, all bookings are non-refundable and recognized as a Divine Appointment. However, your payment can be transferred as Spa credit towards another service or product if needed.

Lateness & Rescheduling:

If you are 15 minutes or later for an in-person session, a $30.00 BDS inconvenience fee will be apply. 

If you need to reschedule, this must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid an inconvenience fee.

No call, No show:

If you miss your session without notice, your investment is automatically offered as a gift to the Golden Light Wellness Spa Temple. No exceptions.

Once you purchase your session, we will contact you directly to confirm a date and time that aligns best for your energy and availability.

Our hour of operation:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday,Friday  10am - 5pm and Sunday 11 am-2pm.               Closed  Wednesday and Saturday unless announced.

We currently do not accept walk-ins. All services online and in-person are by appointment only.   If you have an urgent need for healing support please email try.goldenlightwellness@gmail.com.

Client Preparation:

For all Holistic Therapy sessions in-person and online, please wear all white and come with written intentions. This honors the sacred nature of the space and helps align your frequency for the work we will do together.

For all Beauty Sessions, any other color is accepted.
