Golden Light Wellness was born thought my own journey of surviving and rising from years of abuse and truama- stretching from childhood into adulthood. I experienced harm on all levels: physical, spiritual, emotional, mental and energetic.

For years. I carried silence, shame, and deep spiritual disconnection. But my healing began when I decided to reclaim my power, speak my truth and transform my pain into purpose.
