With Lise Brenner and Marco Zijlstra
Many of us believe that meditation is out of reach…
• “I can’t sit still.”
• “It’s impossible to stop thinking.”
• “It’s uncomfortable.”
Tsa Lung is different. This practice, rooted in the Tibetan Bön tradition, invites awareness through breath and gentle, seated, movement. We work with stillness and silence, but always in partnership with our bodies. Tsa Lung helps clear the mind as it invigorates the body, so that it is easier to be open and present both mentally and emotionally. This means we can be more available to ourselves and others and may find ourselves thinking and acting in ways that are more patient, honest and warm-hearted.
A practice to help you:
• Connect to your body
• De-clutter your thinking
• Calm and rebalance your reactions
No prior meditation experience needed—this retreat is designed for all levels and beginners and is accessible to all bodies.
