1. From your device, open your settings.

2. Open the iCloud settings.

3. Scroll down to ensure both the iCloud backup and Fast Tracker options are enabled.

4. If you are enabling your backup now, you can also select "Back Up Now". You can also wait until the device naturally backs up overnight while charging.

5. Go back to the iCloud settings and tap on "Backups".

6. Select your device and find "Fast Tracker" listed and enabled.

1. To export all your data in this app into one Excel file, select the "Export Data to Excel" option in The Fast Tracker's settings page.

2. After the export has completed, you will have a file in the same folder that your photos and videos are located. This file will need to be retrieved from iTunes.

3. In iTunes, connect to your device and select "File Sharing", then "Fast Tracker". The excel file will have the name "FastTracker" followed by a date in case multiple export have been made on separate days. You can select the save button in the bottom right corner to Save a copy of the file onto your computer. Caution!! If you remove any photos or videos from this folder you will lose photos and videos used by the app and will not be able to retrieve them. However, you can save copies of photos and/or videos from your app from here.
