UCAS Apply 2023
The Context
Applying for your next step is not an easy or simple process. Most of you enter the UCAS process for a University place, but some of you will be looking at alternatives such as employment and apprenticeships. Our UCAS process will support you through either pathway; learning is lifelong and you may wish to re-enter education at any point during your life. The skills that we are seeking to build in this process will help you.
Learning for Life Lessons March - July 2021
In your LFL lessons you will have been looking at choosing and prioritising courses and developing the first draft of your personal statement. If you have missed any of these lessons or these tasks please look here:

Your UCAS Online Application (Details)
You will receive a 'Buzzword' from King's which will let you register on UCAS as one of our students. You can then go into the UCAS Apply online system and start putting in your details. Please be aware that the universities do not see any of this information until Mrs Smith 'sends' your application to them in the Autumn term. We will want you to get as much of your information in as possible as you simply wont have the time to do it in September, and we wont have the capacity to check it then.
A signed-off copy of your Personal Statement
This has to be signed off by a member of The Sixth Form Team.
How to 'complete' Applications Week
Before you can be 'released' from The Applications week process you will need to visit Ms Kelly in the UCAS Office upstairs. She will check that you have completed your UCAS apply online (as far as possible) and that we have a paper and electronic copy of your Personal Statement so far. Before you go up to see Ms Kelly you will need to email her a copy of your personal statement once it has been 'signed off' by LAW/CND/CJP
