Supporting and growing young performers, developing a passion for the world of performing arts, embracing new theatrical challenges and technology, exploring new and exciting way to express ourselves, engaging the challenge of speaking to a crowd, continuing the long-held tradition of speech and drama exams and generally having loads of fun with other like-minded people is what we are all about.
Our Collective umbrella is home to a broad range of performing arts, limited only by the teachers available at any given time. We have a core of local passionate teachers who themselves have studied performing arts and sat exams, been part of successful productions, or have emerged from the national stage looking for something a bit different to being in the spotlight themselves.
Sharing our passion for the arts is the one thing we all have in common and will continue to work towards providing the widest range of programmes available in our district.
Our Calendar is based on the local school terms, with 10 week programmes designed to challenge, enhance and stretch thinking around specific areas of performing. Have a look at our Calendar to see what we have coming up in 2019 , or Enrol today for one of our Fantastic Classes.
We have a couple of other ideas for events through the year and of course the possibility of specialised workshops with guest tutors will be notified when they are planned.
Come back as often as you can because we will provide more information as we get closer to workshops and events. Always looking for other passionate people to help and support, to teach and empower so get in touch if you are interested in being part of our collective.
