The clan name reflects a lot of the spirit of the clan. We are Defectors at heart -- we prefer trailblazing a new path, demonstrating our value instead of being just another member of an already well-established clan on the server, where whether we join or leave makes little difference. We enjoy the challenge of growing together and every new member becomes an integral and important part of the clan upon invitation. We take pride in welcoming members all across the globe, from the United States, to Australia, to Saudi Arabia, and everywhere in between.

The Defectors is a clan based in the Epona Server of Celtic Heroes. We are an upstart clan focusing on leveling and gearing up together with a tight-knit, smaller-sized active core group of players. We have great ambitions to become one of the staple clans of the Epona server; however, our current primary objective is to build and develop strong players and strong friendships within our clan.
We chose the Epona server because it is a famously known "free server". What this means is that there isn't a few dominant clans that have an iron monopoly on bosses -- anyone within level can join a boss, and anyone within level can roll for a boss drop. There is freedom of choice to join whatever clan you want, and that is the perfect environment for a growing clan with newer members.
There are some people who love the intense competition and cutthroat environment of servers that aren't free, but we believe that the best way to play is cooperating with other players and not being apart of some exclusive gaming club that limits the progression of other players.
