What if the experience of abundance lay in a balanced relationship between three fundamental levels of connection?
Our relationship with ourselves: our needs, our inner world, and our capacity to regenerate through knowing and caring for our unique and precious human nature.
Our relationship with others: our desire to co-create, to nurture our connections, and to experience being loved in our uniqueness.
And our relationship with the world: the environments we live in, the place we take within society, and the ways in which we fully embrace it or choose to differentiate ourselves from it.
In Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms® practice, a sensitive intelligence unfolds through embodied exploration and movement.
Through Flowing, the first rhythm, we have the opportunity to bring our attention back to the organic life within us: the reality of our physical body and the subtle or radical shifts in our states of being.
In the embodiment of Staccato, the second rhythm, we are invited into action — fully and wholeheartedly aligned with the values that live in our hearts.
Through Chaos, the third rhythm in the cycle, we train our psyche to move with the intensity of life’s powerful moments, exploring our capacity to let go and to trust the meaning that may emerge through significant life events.
The expansion experienced in Lyrical, the fourth rhythm, reconnects us with the essence of our creativity, with freedom of expression and the spontaneity that can emerge through an embodied presence rooted in connection and trust.
In the space of Stillness, the fifth rhythm, we gather our subtle perceptions, the states of presence that touch us, and the intuitions or understandings that reveal themselves in their own time.
In this way, the dance floor becomes a source of knowledge and enrichment, guiding us toward what nourishes the dimensions of ourselves that need greater vitality, attention or care.
Together, we will deepen our understanding of the resources held within the 5Rhythms® and explore how they consciously or unconsciously support a dynamic balance between the world of the self, the world of our relationships with others, and the world of our relationship with life itself.
Cultivating this knowledge through the body, the heart and the mind allows new patterns to emerge, helping us align more naturally with what is right and nourishing for us in the different situations of everyday life.
What we experience on the dance floor can then become embodied in the reality of our lives.

A dancer, architect and certified 5Rhythms® teacher since 2007, Guillaume draws inspiration from the creative and healing power of both human beings and nature. His dance has taken him around the world, from the Moroccan desert and the beaches of Corsica and Ibiza to Iceland’s wild landscapes and the forests of Finland. Enriched by Improvisational Dance, Contact Improvisation, meditation and Tantra, his teaching is gentle, clear and creative, offering a safe and inspiring space to deepen our relationship with ourselves, with others and with the living world.
I'm passionate about the 5Rhythms since its discovery in 2013, in its birthplace at Esalen in California. It took me then 8 years of devotion and training in this practice to obtain my teachers' certification in December 2021.
Since 2015, I had the opportunity to participate in the development of the dancers community in Geneva and since 2020 in the region of Nyon, by producing numerous teachers and offering my own sessions.
In these sacred and safe spaces, I facilitate access to the colors of our soul and essence through movement and deep connection to oneself.
