Every Sunday, Joyleen and Talia are creating a space for you to explore free movement, a playground for expression and connection to yourself, to others and to the life that moves within you.
With Joyleen we dance the 5Rhythms, and with Talia we experiment Ecstatic Dance Improvisation, both with a Cacao Circle* for an opening.
For each dance there is a different theme; in each session, a new creative energy, guided by our "gui-dances" and magic spirit.

⚠️ Please be aware that the street is not listed on Google Maps. It's a very small alley just after the Albert-Usteri road (coming from the city of Nyon). There's a boathouse and parking spaces where you cannot park unfortunately (expensive fines!).

Getting there by public transport:
From Allaman train station, take bus no. 125 to the Hôpital d’Aubonne stop. Walk past the hospital and continue straight for about 5 minutes until you reach number 119 (balloons will mark the entrance).By car: Please park in the following public parking lot (5 to 8 minutes' walk from the venue):

11 class pass for CHF 275.- valid for 1 year for the Cosmic Fridays in Geneva and the Magic Sundays in Nyon + add CHF 10.- for cacao

Our principles for the Dance
We come together to practice Conscious Movement practices.
We are drug- and alcohol-free.
We are adults responsible for our own wellbeing.
We are aware of and respect each others’ bodies and boundaries.
We touch only with mutual consent.
We dance barefoot, in grippy socks or soft dance shoes.
We avoid synthetic perfumes.
We turn our phones off.
We do not take photos/video or use Shazam.
We communicate using movement not words.
We participate, we do not spectate.
We start and end our dance journey together.
These activities are open to everyone, without distinction of age or level. No need to know how to dance or to have any experience!
Just come in comfortable clothing (sports or yoga wear) and with a water bottle. We dance barefoot or in indoor shoes. Children and teenagers are welcome as long as they can remain silent for two hours.
*For the cacao, we recommend coming on an empty stomach or with a light stomach (e.g., drink a fruit juice) in order to fully enjoy the beneficial effects of the cacao (opening of the heart, a sense of expansion, joy, emotional release, etc.).
