1. What are the hotel's standard time check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 2:00 PM (with a RM50 cash only deposit policy and refundable upon check-out) and check-out is before 12:00 PM
2. Does the hotel accept early check-ins?
Yes, we accept early check-ins. However, it is only upon availability and comes with an additional RM55 charge.
3. Does the hotel accept late check-outs?
Yes, we accept late check-outs. However, it is only upon availability and comes with an additional RM20 charge per hour and maximum limit is only until 03.59PM and at 04:00PM we will charge it as a whole night rate depending on the room type.

4. Does the hotel provide iron and hair-dryer?
Iron and hair-dryers are only upon requests and will be delivered to the room.

The hotel offers an extra bed with an additional RM55 charge but only upon availability.

No, it is only public parking.

Yes, the hotel operates 24 hours if you ever need assistance from the front desk.

The hotel accepts various modes of payment such as QR, bank transfer, card and cash.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, staircase access, lift and ammenities such as 3-in-1 coffee and mineral bottles in the room.
10. Does the hotel provide breakfast?
No, the hotel does not provide breakfast and there is no rate with breakfast.
11. How much is the tourism tax collected from the hotel?
The hotel collects of RM10 per night and we require a copy your passport upon check-in registration.
12. Does the hotel offer transit room?
Yes, we have transit rooms available for 3 hours at RM65.00 (Standard room) and at RM95.00 (Family room).
13. Does the room or any rooms include/provide a safety deposit box?
No, the hotel does not provide a safety deposit box.
