You made cooking for those of us who do not have such talents in the kitchen very doable! Victoria killed it! She provided an excellent culinary education for her learners and I can't help but be impressed by her planning and execution of lesson plans. Her content knowledge is remarkable and her varying approaches to teaching her lessons is refreshing.
She's passionate and professional, caring and consitent, and she plans exceptionally well.
Victoria has done remarkable work. Her food demo last week was well staged, professionally presented (she even had two camera angles), and engaging. She never becomes "the sage on stage", but rather stays engaged with her learners--its about them, not her. Excellent overall.
