Growing up in Westchester County, NY, Chef Victoria's family empowered her through holistic modalities such as chiropractic, acupuncture, mindfulness, and of course whole food. This environment combined with her Italian genes lead her to a combined passion for food and health. She studied her craft at no other than Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Nutrition in addition to a Master's degree in Culinary Education, she has worked in various roles within restaurants, spas, hospitals, schools and specialty food companies.
At the end of the day, she believes in the nutrition motto:
food must be enjoyed with balance
food must be enjoyed in moderation
and food must be enjoyed with variety.
