All our jams and preserves are made on-site in our health-department-inspected kitchen.
We use as many locally-grown ingredients as possible, including our own zucchini, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, and berries, which are grown in our own organic gardens.
Our eggs come from our small flock of happy hens, free-ranging daily on over 1 acre of pasture for greens and bugs.
Our fresh honey comes straight from the hive, raw and unpasteurized.
