Role: The president acts as the official spokesperson for the CNSC and liaises with faculty and community organizations. They are responsible for chairing all meetings and bringing forth the agenda.

Role: The vice president supports the president in representing the CNSC and acts as spokesperson when necessary. They are responsible for attending CNSC meetings, chairing meetings in the president's stead, and registering with the Camosun College Student Society.

Role: The secretary keeps official records for the CNSC, including meeting minutes, member information, and registration with the Camosun College Student Society. They are responsible for attending CNSC meetings, monitoring the CNSC email account, booking meeting rooms and maintaining the calendar.

Role: The treasurer keeps up-to-date records of the financial transactions of the CNSC. They are responsible for attending CNSC meetings and preparing reports to ensure financial transparency. They maintain an annual budget to advise on incoming and outgoing expenses. They manage the Collective's trust account with the CCSS and complete cheque requisitions.

Media Manager

Role: The media manager updates the CNSC's social media accounts and website. When necessary, they assist in generating material to promote CNSC organized events and activities.

Role: The BCCNP representative liaises with the BCCNP and the student body. They are responsible for attending CNSC meetings and disseminating information about the BCCNP's activities and initiatives to students.

Role: The BCNU representative liaises with the South Island BCNU branch and the student body. They are responsible for attending CNSC meetings and disseminating information about the BCNU's activities and initiatives to students.

CNSA Official Delegate

Role: The official CNSA delegate maintains contact between Camosun College and the CNSA. They are responsible for attending CNSC meetings, disseminating information related to CNSA activities, position statements, and resolutions to students and faculty. They are eligible to attend the Regional and National CNSA conferences with the associate delegate. They assist in fundraising to organize student travel to CNSA conferences.

CNSA Associate Delegate

Role: The associate CNSA delegate assists the official delegate in all their duties. They are responsible for attending CNSC meetings and promoting CNSA initiatives and activities in the student body. They are eligible to attend the Regional and National CNSA conferences with the official delegate.
