I'm the half that loves mindfulness, playing ukulele, guitar and piano, and writing! Things that make me happy include my cats (Bertie, Jethro, Link, and B.B.), my hognose snake (Lana), my spouse (Elliott), yoga, dancing, reading kidlit, horror movies, tattoos, and iced coffee.

Things that bring me joy include my child (KJ), bats, fall, animal facts, PBS, Mr. Rogers, Jane Goodall, Audre Lorde, tattoos, baking cookies, appreciating art, espresso, music, and my cats (mocha, nikki, giovanni).
