At the Blissful Energy Community we value our customers. Customer trust and confidence is our highest priority. Although it is necessary that we obtain accurate and current information about our customers in order to provide the highest level of customer service, we are dedicated to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our customer’s information.

The Blissful Energy Community privacy policy applies to current or former customers who register for one of our services or promotional offers. Throughout the policy, we refer to information that personally identifies you or your accounts as “personal information.”

The Blissful Energy Community will never sell your personal information to anyone. Other than the special cases listed in this policy, we will not use or distribute your personal information in any way without prior notification and consent from you. We promise that we will uphold the privacy policies and procedures as set forth below.

By submitting your information into any web form on our website to receive a product, service, or piece of content from the Blissful Energy Community, you are consenting to allow us to collect, store, and process your personal information, which we may use to send you newsletter and promotional emails regarding products, events, webinars, special announcements, or services. Additionally, by entering your phone number into one of the web forms, you are agreeing to possible text messages or phone calls by the Blissful Energy Community representative.

Information we collect about our customers

• The personal information we collect from you comes from information you supply to us in the registration process (whether written or electronic), or in other forms you may provide to us. This information may include your name, address, phone number, email addresses, times to contact you, or corporate business names. In the case of corporations, we may also be required to obtain Tax Identification Numbers and or Social Security Numbers if you accept compensation from us.

• Payment information that you provide us is encrypted and passed to our payment processor over a secure channel. If you have selected our automatic payments option, your information is tokenized and stored at our processor for future use. (This reduces the amount of times your information is sent over the internet, resulting in a higher degree of security for our customers.) We do not retain your credit card information on our systems.

Information sharing or distribution

• The Blissful Energy Community will not sell personal information regarding our current or former customers to anyone.

• The Blissful Energy Community will not share personal information regarding our current or former customers with anyone outside of The Blissful Energy Community and The Blissful Energy Community, except as outlined below.

• We may enter into a “strategic partnership” with service providers if we believe that our customers might be interested in hearing about its products or services. If we do, we will make their services available to you from within the Blissful Energy Community site. By clicking on a logo or special placement of that service provider, you agree that we may contact that service provider to assure their representation to you is in your best interests. In the event we enter into a strategic partnership agreement, we will only share limited information such as your name and email address, and only if you initiate contact with our partner by clicking on the partner’s logo or special placement. We will require that the partner only use the information provided for responding to your inquiry.

• We may disclose information about current or former customers in order to cooperate with legal or regulatory authorities or pursuant to a court order or subpoena. For example, we may be required to disclose personal information to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities, resolve consumer disputes, perform credit/authentication checks, or for institutional risk control.

Information security

• Because the Blissful Energy Community is committed to protection of your personal information and to protecting your privacy, only authorized The Blissful Energy Community employees or agents will have access to your personal information. Sensitive material such as your payment information remains encrypted at our payment processor and is not accessible to The Blissful Energy Community or agents, with the exception of our billing department, which may access your information when needed for resolving billing problems, disputes, etc. Customer account passwords are encrypted and not retrievable as cleartext from our systems by anyone. All of our employees, affiliates and service providers are held to the highest standards of privacy and security.

Order Delivery

Live Events Terms, Conditions, and Disclaimer

The statements on any of our emails, web pages or marketing materials promoting our live events have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The techniques mentioned in The Emotion Code and The Body Code or on any such promotional materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent diseases. Nothing on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or medical conditions. If you have a physical or medical condition, you should seek the advice of your medical professional immediately.

By your participation in Events, you agree not to attempt to hold the Blissful Energy Community, its owners, officers, employees, interns, contractors, affiliates and sponsors liable for any decisions, behaviors, actions or results that you make or experience in your business or in your personal life due to your participation in this Event at any time, under any circumstance.

Attendee Conduct

The Blissful Energy Community requires all Attendees to be professional and respectful to our staff, location hosts, speakers, and other attendees throughout the Seminar, even during non-scheduled downtime and breaks. The Blissful Energy Community reserves the right to ask the Attendee and/or their guests to leave the conference room and Seminar/Webinar immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. In such case, the Attendee’s tuition/fees for the Seminar will NOT be refunded.

Confidentiality and Non-Compete

Attendee hereby understands that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented in the Seminar/Webinar may be protected by U.S. Patent 9,330,240, are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to Discover Healing and the Attendee agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from the Seminar/ Webinar materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of Discover Healing. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited and Discover Healing will pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated, in order to protect its rights.

Audio/Visual Rules and Release

Attendees may not, under any circumstance, use any type of recording device to capture the information provided at the Seminar. No recording devices, photography or videography equipment are allowed in the Seminar room. By participating in the Seminar/Webinar, Attendee understands that portions of the Seminar events may be recorded in video and audio and/or captured in still and/or digital photographs by the Blissful Energy Community. Attendee agrees that the Blissful Energy Community and its assigns have the right and permission to use such recordings and photographs should they include Attendee’s name, likeness, voice, biographical details, testimonial, or photograph, for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose in any media or format, online and/or offline, now or hereafter without further compensation, permission, or notification to the Attendee. Attendee understands and agrees that all recordings from Discover Healing’s events are the exclusive rights and ownership of The Blissful Energy Community and Attendee does not ask for or expect compensation for the use of recordings or photographs in which Attendee appears or speaks.

Cancellation Notice

Refunds on ticket fee are offered until 14 days prior to the event; after that, no refunds on ticket purchases will be given. However, if there is an extreme case preventing the Attendee from attending. These exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis by Customer Success. Travel and Accommodation expenses are always paid for by the Attendee and are made at their own risk. When the Blissful Energy Community cancels an event, the ticket price for our event will be refunded to those who have registered. No reimbursements on travel, accommodation, or any other expenses will be paid to the customer. The event ticket price is the only expense that will be refunded to anyone who registers for our events.

The Blissful Energy Community reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to the Attendees whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated.
