Dr. Bradley Nelson, an American holistic chiropractor and teacher,
has discovered this system and propagated the idea through his book called
āThe Emotion Codeā which is a fragment from the science of āThe Body Codeā.
The Emotion Code is a form of healing which releases the body from emotional baggage
by communicating with oneās āsubconscious mindā through a technique calledāmuscle testingā.
It approaches in the supervision, control, and an elimination of the energy and emotions
that are related to the sickness of the body and mind.
In Thailand for the time being, this system is only known to a limited group of people.
Somehow, many are taking it into interest. Physicians have been using The Emotion Code
as a form of therapy in the hospital while others are practicing this science to heal themselves
as well as their surrounded ones to gain balance in life and a peaceful body and mind.
This approach believes that scientifically, all that appears on earth is āenergyā,
be it body, emotion, and thoughts. All forms of energy vibrate at a different frequency.
The higher the frequency, the better the positivity in energy.
Joyfulness raises frequency level in our body causing us to feel good.
On the contrary, negative emotion, such as sadness,
lowers the frequency level resulting in us feeling down.
Emotions and thinkings, although abstract, are considered forms of energy.
An energy of thoughts is sent into our body while we think.
Positive thinkings trigger better frequency
and will leave us with better health condition than that from negative thoughts.
The truth is human body creates wonders.
It is the best doctor that heals and restores itself if nothing hinders its work.
Negative emotion and thinkings are the main blockage to the miraculous work of our body.
When we lose our sense of consciousness
and filled ourselves up with negative or excessive emotions
such as anger, fear, anxiety, passion, delight, overjoy,
or when we are confronting enormous pain or lost,
this is the moment our body loses control of the mind.
A massive amount of negative energy is embedded at the weakest part of our body.
When this piles up, it blocks the energy flow in our body resulting in body imbalances,
body pain, and body organ malfunctions.
What follow then are āemotional sicknessā and āphysical sicknessā
such as depression, obsessive sadness, sickness and body pain.
This could also lead to problems in work, family life, and relationship.
We could notice clearly of the problems or sometimes they are hidden in our subconscious
and accumulate from the day we were born until now.
The Emotion Code is the tool to your supervision, control, and elimination of your emotions.
They could be lessened or completely erased,
but your body and mind would surely feel better.
The same way meditation is beneficial to our body and mind,
The Emotion Code, in fact, is a practice of how we learn to handle our emotions in a higher level
so that we finally gain true happiness in life.
