BiPSE is an App that helps provide support for anyone that manages children.
Are you a manager of children? Have you experienced a rise in disruptive behaviors? Could you use some help managing your students more effectively? Would you like to feel the JOY of leading students in fun, creative ways? Would you like some help creating and documenting student behavior plans and communicating that information to families?
BipSE provides complete organization of classroom management, with well thought out plans, that can show documentation of all of the strategies used in the classroom for both Tier 1 and Tier 2.
Substitute teachers and paraprofessionals can also use BipSE to manage students. It can also help them to feel prepared with the best strategies to lead students. This includes using super fun, effective strategies to create successful small group learning environments.
BiPSE has been created for all managers of the classroom!

I returned to the classroom after being a principal for 13 years. I know first hand, what teachers are experiencing today.
I returned to the classroom after being a principal for 13 years. I know first hand, what teachers are experiencing today.
Prior to COVID, as a principal, I could see the disruptive student behaviors in the classroom on the rise. After COVID, there's been a huge escalation in classroom management and behavior challenges.
As I began creating behavior improvement plans (or a BIP), for students, it occurred to me how difficult this could be for teachers with limited experience doing this.
I know what the struggle is for teachers; lack of support, lack of training and lack of time! I know some days.....it's a struggle just to make it through the day!
When teachers are expected to not only manage the disruptive behaviors, and in addition create behavior improvement plans, along with documenting student behaviors to show a need, it can feel overwhelming.
My hope is that BiPSE helps teach teachers the process of behavior improvement and also feel supported along the way.

When Behaviors Become Challenging....BipSE Can Help!
Most educators have experienced that one challenging student that needs more support in the classroom.
Once a student reaches Tier 2, it's important for teachers to not only provide additional support, but document and communicate this student's needs and strengths.
BipSE helps teachers organize Tier 1 effective classroom management strategies to build a fun, cooperative, classroom environment.
BipSE can also help teachers during the second phase of student support, Tier 2, also. BipSE can provide additional strategies, checklists and forms to support not only the teacher, but also the student and the student's family.
