CHECK IN/OUT

1) How to check in?

Answer: 

Check In Instruction (Press to Navigate ) already provided together with booking confirmation voucher during booking, please check your email. 

2)       What is the time for check in and check out?

Answer: 

Time to check in is from 3 to 10pm, time to check out is from 9 to 11am, late charges RM50 per hour if check out after11am.

3) Can I request for early check in and late check out, is there any charges?

Answer: 

Can but surcharge will be impose on it, however still subject to availability. 

4) Can I check in late evening?

Answer: 

Can but subject to prearrangement. if you are arriving AFTER 10pm please notify us in advance for the necessary arrangements otherwise we will treat it as no show and No Refund is allow.

5) How to check out?

Answer: 

Please move out your car (if any) from parking garage and back to lobby, call our checked in staff for key return and collect back your deposit. for early check out Before 9am, please drop your key into the letter box in front of the counter 4 and the deposit will be refund via bank transfer.

6) Any Fees require during check in?

Answer: 

Damage Deposit RM200 by cash or by bank transfer and will be refund during check out.

PARKING

1) Where should I park my car?

Answer: 

Indoor private parking card is available with charges of RM20 per car per stay night until check out, you may get it from our staff during check in.

OFFICE HOURS

1) What is your office operating hours

Answer: 

Our office starts operating from 9am to 7pm; please inform us beforehand if you need late Check in or early check out for prearrangement.

SWIMMING POOLS

1) Where are the Swimming Pools Located?

Answer: 

Rooftop Infinity Pool located at (Block A 37th floor),

Reach via - Express lift, located outside Block A Level 4th floor Family Swimming Pool Located at (Level 5th floor), Pool Current Closed for Maintenance Until further notice, please contact us for further details.

Reach via - Walk up the Staircase near Block B mini market 4th floor

2) Must I wear proper swimming attire?

Answer: 

Yes, to avoid disappointment, please wear proper swimming attire in the pools.

3) Is there any age limit for the pools?

Answer: 

Rooftop (level 37th) pool for age 12 and above, No Age Limit to family pool (level 5th)

4) What are the Pools Operating Hours?

Answer: 

7am to 10pm

5) Are the Pools open during Covid19?

Answer: 

Currently all of our facilities such as pools are open

RESTAURANT

1) Any restaurant nearby?

Answer: 

Two restaurant within the building, one at level 4th to serve local food, another at level 37th block A to serve western food, alternatively you may also walk to Sunway Putra mall for more choices.

CONVENIENCE STORES

1)  Any mini market nearby?

Answer: 

Two convenient stores located at level 4th for your grocery requirement alternatively, you may walk to nearby Sunway Putra mall for more choices.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

1)  Is there any public transport nearby?

Answer: 

Taxi pick up and drop off zone just located outside of level 4th lobby. Alternatively, you may take Lift down to level G, walk to main exit then turn to right to nearest subway stations such as putra komuter station or PWTC LRT station.

HOUSE RULES

1)  Is the unit allow to smoke?

Answer: 

It is a nonsmoking unit, penalty of RM100 if smoking inside the

unit

2)  Can I do party celebration in the unit?

Answer: 

No party decoration is allow because it will damage the wall, we only allow small group gathering.

HOUSE MANUAL

1)   How to get hot shower?

Answer: 

Turn on the power switch first which located beside of the bathroom door; turn the water tap handle to left.

2)  How to on Air Cond ?

Answer: 

Turn on the power switch located beside of the door, then use remote control to on it.

3)  What is WIFI Password?

Answer: 

Password can be found at sticker within unit

4)  Where to throw rubbish?

Answer: 

Rubbish room located same floor near to lift.
