Dear Sir / Madam, Check in time is after 3pm to 10pm and check out time is from 9am to 11am, Surcharge for early check in and late check out request. Please advise during check in if your intention to early check out. 

if you are arriving AFTER 10pm please notify us in advance for the necessary arrangements otherwise we will treat it as no show and No Refund is allow. 

When arriving Regalia building, if you come by car please temporary park at pick up zone and walk to check in counter “6” in front of self‐service laundry machine near block C and look for Wong for check in/Out arrangement & to collect parking access card (RM20/car/day) prior enter to Indoor car park.

Please NOTE that RM200 refundable damage deposit by cash or online transfer is require upon check in and will be refund upon departure.

* From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. This is not inclusive in the Room rates and will be collect upon arrival at the property.
