Welsh Island is the second smallest island in the Garf island chain. It is part of the Garf province, governed by James Miller. It is named after Declan Welsh, first Consul of Military. It is located on Lake Gaston. It is separated from Savage Island by Spartoi Strait and Murmur Island by Mackey Strait.
