The Beehive Bunch Preschool is run by Melissa Squires, a local mom who is passionate about creating a preschool environment that feels like a perfect mix of home and school — structured, loving, and full of curiosity. With her own child enrolled, she's designed a place where learning is joyful, development is intentional, and each child is truly known and cared for. Please contact us with any questions!
Melissa is a mom of two who finds deep joy in nurturing little minds and hearts. She adores children and treasures the spark in their eyes when they discover something new. With a background in Information Systems from BYU and a career in real estate, Melissa brings both thoughtfulness and organization to the preschool classroom — but her favorite role by far is being a mom. She’s passionate about creating a preschool experience that feels warm, intentional, and full of wonder, just like the childhoods she hopes to help shape.
Why “The Beehive Bunch”?
We chose the name The Beehive Bunch because it represents the kind of environment we’re creating: one that’s connected, purposeful, and full of joyful learning.
The beehive has long been a symbol of community, hard work, and cooperation—values we believe are foundational to early childhood education. Just like in a beehive, every child in our classroom is valued, with their own role to play and something special to contribute. Together, we create a space where little minds and hearts can thrive.
The name also pays tribute to our Utah roots. As moms raising our families in this community, we’re passionate about offering a preschool experience that blends hands-on learning with warmth, creativity, and care.
At The Beehive Bunch, your child will find friendship, confidence, wonder, and a place to belong.
