Are you interested in having us appear at your shindig? We'd love to talk to you about it! Please fill out this form to start the conversation about whether or not our group is a good fit for your event. We are always looking for new opportunities.

Factors that impact our ability to attend your event include: availability of our members on that date, travel distance from Austin, whether or not admission passes will be provided, and the relevance of the event to our mission.

Events which raise funds for charitable causes, which allow us to raise money for our primary charity partner, or celebrate pop culture fandoms are given priority.

While we do not usually appear at birthday parties, exceptions can be made in exceptional circumstances (or for exceptional donations to our primary charity).

We do not charge for appearances and our members volunteer their time. As engaged members of the community, we welcome opportunities to participate in events that bring joy to our fellow Texans and actively seek out opportunities to raise funds for our primary charity.
