I am a member of Vance County High School School Improvement Team, which develops and implements plans to achieve school improvement goals.

I took the initiative to decorate notice boards in the school to not only improve the aesthetics but also to give information and also post motivational quotes for teachers and students.

This year I hosted a Black History month presentation in my classroom. My Theater Arts students showcased their talents in drama, dance, speech and music. A total number of 25 students and staff members was invited to be members of the audience.

For the county's annual Arts Alive showcase. I entered and prepared a group of my students for the talent showcase on April 9th 2022. They did an excellent job, representing in drama, dance and music.
