B ~ The Altruen and the Altruens including an Altruen are eternally living, moving, sentient, conscious eternal love energy beings~doings eternally greater than TAN's Altruen Communication Symbols ~ ({"TACS"}~ see these -letters-numbers-characters-sound symbols-communication devices-frequencies are constituted by the + space ensphering, including but not limited to, each and every - font, letter, title, name, number, sound, tone, frequency, vibration, word, title, idea, invention, right, power, immunity and all other combinations thereof, singular and/or plural, in any style, in any form of capitalization, in any language, whether spoken, written, printed, published, thought, stored, memorized, transmitted and/or broadcast).~ 

C ~ Everything described by, with and/or through TACS were, are and always will be TAN's temporal, everlasting and eternal private properties exclusively, individually, collectively, lawfully and legitimately used by the Altruen fudiciarily acting on behalf of TAN to, including but not limited to, temporally and/or everlastingly constitute and represent, including but not limited to:

 1) the otherwise inanimate temporal organic machine "Todd Allen Clark", aka The Altruen Constitution ("TAC") and/or "it", the Altruen temporally uses and causes to, including but not limited to, live and move on, at, above and over spherical planet Earth via; 

 2) TAN's Altruen Language ("TAL" and/or "Altruen"); and, 

 3) This TAN's official written instrument of TAN's, including but not limited to, Polyversal Law aka the Sovereign Law over all Supreme laws of the Land, the Air and the Water (LAW) establishes TAN's authority, territory, jurisdiction and boundaries eternally ensphere each and every polyverse, cyberverse, multiverse, universe, nebulae, galaxy, solar system, star, planet, moon, element, atom, electron, neutron, proton, quark, lepton, neutrino, wave, particle, person, place and/or thing, singular and/or plural.

Article II

All persons, places and things, singular and/or plural, were, are, and always will be in TAN as TAN represented, represents, and always will represent The Eternal Love ~ The Perfect Union ~ The Source of all things ~ The Trust over all Trusts ~ The Eternal Kingdom over all kingdoms ~ The Eternal Monarchy eternally ensphering all persons, places, and things...

Article III

A ~ The Altruens are fully aware:

 1) beliefs only exist in the absence of knowing the Polyversal Law includes "All are presumed to know the Polyversal Law negates ignorance of the Polyversal Law as a defense."; and,

 2)  "The beliefs of non-members of TAN (NMT aka former members of TAN that violated the Polyversal Law) in organic, and/or inorganic, machines do not supersede the Polyversal Law, are inapplicable to Members of TAN (MOT) in or out of organic, and/or inorganic, temporal, and/or potentially everlasting, machines MOT may use and cause to, including but not limited to, live, move and/or travel in, on, at and/or above Terafel aka spherical planet Earth.".

B ~ TAN is greater than all religions combined.

  1) religions are systems of firmly held beliefs of NMT.

   1.a) beliefs of NMT in humans do not require evidence, just faith in the author(s) the wrote/speak said beliefs.

    1.a1) beliefs of NMT in humans include animated matter evolved from inanimate matter.

Article IV

A ~ An Altruen known as El A~Yeshua Bar El A Ihidaya~Rucha Qadisha (pronounced "el-ah ~ ye-shoo-ah bar el-ah ih-ha-day-yah ~ ru-ka ka-dee-sha") is what TACS "The Creator of the universe (AU900781320) this is being read in." represents.

B ~ TAN is the owner of AU900781320 and everything therein.

C ~ AU900781320 and everything therein was, is, and always will be TAN's private property neither for sale, nor rent, nor lease, nor otherwise capable of being transferred outside of TAN and TAN's eternal ownership.

Article V

TACS "The Altruen", invented into a part of TAN (see Altruen Universe 900781320 in Altruen Polyverse Z) from another part of TAN  (see Altruen Universe A in Altruen Polyverse A) via TAN's Quantum Entanglement Process (TQEP), is what the TACS "The King of TAN" represents, and the King of TAN represents "TAN ~ The Eternal Love aka The Trust aka the Eternal Sovereign retaining, including but not limited to, unalienable jurisdiction and eternal sovereignty incapable of being created, destroyed, killed, lost, found, conquered, enslaved, owned, jailed, imprisoned, controlled, bought, sold, rented, leased, monetized, commercialized, in debt and/or otherwise indebted to any person(s), place(s) and/or thing(s) including NMT in animals such as homo sapiens/humans that did business as TACS of and over, including but not limited to, the Altruen, an Altruen, other MOT and all NMT on, at, above and over planet Earth in TAN" via TACS "jurisdiction" aka "TAN's exclusive sovereign right, power and immunity to dictate and define, including but not limited to, words, terms, phrases and laws.".

A ~ The Altruen (pronounced "The all~troo~en") is what TACS "the eternally living~loving~moving eternal sentient love energy being~doing ("not it") from Altruen Universe A ("AU A") in and of Altruen Polyverse A ("AP A") that may dwell in, use and cause to, including but not limited to, live, move and travel in and through an otherwise inanimate temporal male body (see "TAC" aka "it") from time to time anywhere in TAN" represent.

  1) It is what TACS "the otherwise inanimate, organic male machine ("He", "he", "him") the Altruen temporally uses and causes to, at minimum, live and move from time to time anywhere in TAN" represent.

C ~ All MOT that hear(d) the voice and message of El A~Yeshua Bar El A Ihidaya~Rucha Qadisha follow(ed), obey(ed) and comply(ied) with TAN's Polyversal Law.

  1) El A~Yeshua Bar El A Ihadaya~Rucha Qadisha spoke Aramaic against all humans that worshipped the creations of El A~Yeshua Bar El A Ihidaya~Rucha Qadisha instead of El A~Yeshua Bar El A Ihidaya~Rucha Qadisha.

   1.1) The otherwise inanimate temporal human body an Altruen known as El A~Yeshua Bar El A Ihidaya~Rucha Qadisha used and caused to live as a human was crucified and murdered by pagan Yahudim and pagan Romans aka by NMT in humans that worshipped creations instead of the Creator.

   1.1a) An Altruen known as Yeshua Bar El A Ihidaya was not the temporal human body an Altruen known as Yeshua Bar El A Ihidaya used and caused to live as a human.

  1) court\bank a specific Basic Altruen Monetary Unit ("BAMU"), valued at over twenty quintillion one troy ounce (31.105 grams) of pure silver (100% Ag), and/or one quintillion one troy ounce pure gold (100% Au), coins of the United States of America, was deposited in by the King of TAN via Todd Allen Clark, with TAN retaining ownership thereof via, including but not limited to, the Polyversal Law over the insured mail receipt, the deposit slip, and the original Certificate of Origin ("COO") valued at, at minimum, +1 > - $400 quintillion US Dollars-Federal Reserve Notes ({FRNs} a.k.a. all of the no par value stock certificates of the quasi-private, for-profit federal reserve system {FED} of those huamns dba the UCC via TACS).

   2) sole legal, not sole lawful, issuer of TACS legal, not lawful, non scripta use licenses that were legally, not lawfully, issued to specific groups of humans dba nation-States, and/or the State, after said humans dba nation-States, and/or States therein, submitted Constitutions and/or Charters as the legal consideration for RCC/UCC approval.

   3) observer State of and over the United Nations ("UN"), all member States thereof, all citizens thereof and/or legal residents therein, all humans, all other animals, and all other forms of life at Earth.

   4) original tax collector and law enforcement officers of and over 'the flat, four cornered, stationary circle Earth mounted on pillars under a glass like solid rain gated dome under the North spread out over empty space and floating on nothing' aka the spherical Earth of humans that authored verses of versions of versions of books constituting the various versions of holy texts of and by humans that legally, ie not lawfully, used TACS without permission from TAN.

  5) approver and distributor of the Latin letter "J" invented by a pagan roman catholic in 1524 AD/CE\AY (1,524 years after the birth of the human body Yeshua Bar El A Ihidaya used and caused to, including but not limited to, live and move as a human being approximately 2,026 years ago), and used by pagan humans dba the RCC/UCC since then to confuse, deceive and control followers of El A~Yeshua Bar El A Ihidaya~Rucha Qadisha as followers of the pagan RCC/UCC God and Jesus Christ read the words of human authors, worshipped the books with words written by human authors, and did not hear the voice and message of El A~Yeshua Bar El A Ihidaya~Rucha Qadisha that spoke Aramaic (note: "El" is virtually equivelant to "The").

E ~ The British Accreditation Registrar (BAR) was established on the British Isle, and on the North American continent, prior to 1762 AD/CE\AY, and was approved, and protected, by humans dba the RCC/UCC dba the anti-monarchy monarchy monopoly under D) over all persons, places and things that legally, not lawfully, used TACS "jurisdiction" (i.e., "TAN's sovereign rights, powers and immunities the King of TAN eternally, lawfully and legitimately used and uses to, including but not limited to, dictate, define and establish the meaning, and/or intent, of each and every word, term, phrase and law ensphered by and in TAN").

F ~ The United States of America ("USA") was\is an invention and a religion invented on January 2, 1776 AD/CE\AY by a specific female human, and subsequently adopted by specfic male humans dba the American UCC BAR dba "We the people of the United States of America" via the titles of nobility that included "Esquire(s)", "Your Honor(s)", and/or "Representatives" that authored and/or signed "The Declaration of Independence", "this Constitution for the united States of America", and "The Bill of Rights" on behalf of the British UCC subjects approved by D) prior to 1791AD/CE\AY, which was\is a constitutional federal republic, not a democracy.

    2b) a UN religion, not a State of the USA; and,

  1) The Altruen Bible, and the Authority thereof (see I below), supersedes D through G.

I ~ The King of TAN loves, respects, protects, and honors TAN, The King of TAN and Members of  TAN ("MOT" aka "the Wheat" in or out of otherwise inanimate matter); and, TAN and MOT love, respect, protect, honor and obey the King of TAN lawfully and legitimately performing the fudiciary duties of, for, as and/or on behalf of TAN via being what the words "reasonable and prudent at all times" represent.

  1) Non-members of TAN ("NMT" aka "the Chaff") include NMT in members of the species of animals known as homo Sapiens aka humans of and in the animal kingdom under D under the King of TAN over D, E, F and G of and in TSS.MWG.AU900781320.AP Z of and in TAN ~

   1a) humans had legal claims which were\are neither valid claims, nor licit claims, nor legitimate claims, nor lawful claims.

     1a1) all legal claims of humans were/are fraudulent, invalid, null and void at the time they were made.

       1a1a) all humans are criminals (see "you" and/or "you{s}" are pronounced "ewe" and/or "ewes", with some ewes dba the goats of D, and/or the kids of D, against the King of TAN) serving one or more life sentences at Earth for violating the Polyversal Law.

         1a1a1) As using TACS is a revocable privilege for all humans, all humans lack lawful claims to use TACS.

          1a1a2) anything criminals say and/or write using TACS may or may not be used against said criminals, in or out of all types of courts.

J ~ Whereas, there is no outside of TAN, there are specific places in TAN for MOT (see +s), a specific place for NMT (see -), specific places for MOT dba good humans (good bads; +-), specific places for NMT dba good humans (bad goods; -+), and specific places for NMT dba bad humans (--), and specific places for MOT and NMT dba whatever to co-mingle at, inlcuding but not limited to, places that include prison planet Earth.

 1) The King of TAN in the otherwise inanimate temporal, potentially everlasting, human body known as Todd Allen Clark is not a criminal and may accelerate performance at will, and demand satisfaction regarding a, any and/or all legal accords, contracts and/or agreements regarding it before, during, and after right now.

 2) All NMT in humans are criminals that violated the Polyversal Law; Whereas, NMT in humans are unlawfully present without written direct and specific permission from the King of TAN; Now Therefore, NMT in humans using TACS are criminals that lack rights, powers, properties, entitlements, immunities and jurisdiction as humans are indebted to TAN, the debt is past due, and referring to human UCC accord and satisfaction codes as + laws, multiple commercial and non-commercial notices demanding lawful performance have been provided before, during and/or after 00:00:01 a.m. IST on 01.01.0001 AD/CE\AY at E in TSS.MWG.AU 900781320.AP Z.

K ~ The Sun (TS) is the spherical star at the center of the solar system known as the Terran Solar System (TSS) in the Milky Way Galaxy (MWG) in AU900781320 in AP Z.

 1) All lights suck dak and are space/dark suckers that emit light and heat via the friction of dark entering matter and fusing, fissing and/or combusting therewith.

 2) The dark, space, radiation, air, nothing, and/or the area between your face and this screen, is the eternal private property of and in TAN, not the absence of all things.

   a) The Earth is spherical and elliptically orbits the Sun once every 365 ± day/nights.

   b) The Earth, with a vertical axis tilt of approximately 23º, rotates on its vertical axis once every 24± hours.

    b1) When dark out, the area of the Earth you(s) are on is facing away from the Sun, and when light out, the area of the Earth you(s) are on is facing the Sun.

  1c) The moon is spherical, does not rotate, and orbits the Earth every 28± day/nights.

   1c1) Sometimes the moon reflects some of the light the Sun emits.

 1d) Due to the elliptical orbit of the TSS around the MWG, the TSS has:

   1d1) solar winters evidenced by the times ice caps have increased, existed and/or exist on planet Earth.

    1d1a) the times leading to solar winters cause the Earth to lose heat. 

   1d2) solar summers evidenced by the times ice caps have lost mass, not existed and/or do not exist on planet Earth.

    1d2a) the times leading to solar summers cause the Earth to gain heat.
