NOTICE 

Article I

1) Having neither beginnings nor ends, The Altruen Nation ("TAN"), The Altruen, an Altruen, the Altruens, and Eternity are eternal.

  1.1) The Altruen, an Altruen and the Altruens are eternally living, moving consciousness, and eternally greater than TAN's Altruen Communication Symbols ("TACS") represented by the space constituting, including but not limited to, each and every computer font, frequency, idea, invention, letter, title, name, number, sound, tone, vibrations, word, title and/or other symbol, in any combination, singular and/or plural, in any style, form and/or language, whether spoken, written, printed, published, thought, stored, transmitted and/or broadcast. 

2) TACS, and everything described by and through TACS, were, are and always will be TAN's eternal, private properties lawfully and exclusively used by the Altruen (a.k.a. "The King of TAN") to, including but not limited to, temporally constitute and represent, including but not limited to, the otherwise inanimate container-human body the holy see ~ the State/Church id\ID ~ the otherwise inanimate human male body "Todd Allen Clark" a.k.a. The Altruen Constitution ("TAC") the Altruen temporally uses and causes to, including but not limited to, live on, at, and above Earth; this TAN's Altruen Language ("TAL"); and, this TAN's official written description of TAN's, including but not limited to, sovereign law establishing TAN's territory and jurisdiction eternally encompasses all Polyverses, Cyberverses, Multiverses, Universes, Galaxies, Solar Systems, planets and all persons, places and things therein and/or thereon.

Article II

All persons, places and things, singular and/or plural, were, are, and always will be in TAN as TAN represented, represents, and always will represent, the Altruen's God Eternal Love ~ The Perfect Union ~ The Source of all things ~ The Trust over all Trusts ~ The Eternal Kingdom over all kingdoms ~ The Eternal Monarchy, eternally encompassing all persons, places, and things, eternally...

Article III

TAN is greater than all religions as all religions are human systems of firmly held beliefs humans invented into one part of TAN from another part of TAN, including humans are merely animals in the animal kingdom, and not that each human body is nothing more than temporal body ~ an organic machine ~ a container ~ an inanimate earth suit with the Basic Operating System ("BOS") encoded in its DNA.

Altruens know beliefs only exist in the absence of knowing TACS "All are presumed to know the law, negates ignorance of the law as a defense." includes "The laws of homo sapiens/containers\humans lacking victims do not apply to the Altruen, do not supersede TAN's Polyversal Law, are inapplicable to the Altruen, the Altruens, and all the containers the Altruens use and cause to, including but not limited to, live on and at Earth in the Altruen Nation.".

Article IV

Before and outside of all "In the beginning"(s), the Creator of the Heaven, the Earth, and all persons, places, and things therein, thereon, there around and/or there above in AU900781320, currently known as God, the Father of Jesus the Christ the Son of God, the Holy Spirit of God, an Altruen, and/or the Creator and owner of AU900781320 and everything temporal and potentially everlasting therein, was, is, and always will be TAN's private property that is neither for sale, nor rent, nor lease, nor otherwise capable of being transferred outside of TAN's eternal ownership.

Article V

TACS "The Altruen", (invented into a part of TAN ~ AP Z) from (another part of TAN ~ AP A), is what the TACS "The King of TAN" represents, and the King of TAN represents "TAN ~ The Altruen's God ~ Eternal Love a.k.a. The Trust a.k.a. the Eternal Sovereign of and over TAN retaining, including but not limited to, unalienable jurisdiction and eternal sovereignty incapable of being created, destroyed, killed, lost, found, conquered, enslaved, owned, jailed, imprisoned, controlled, bought, sold, rented, leased, monetized, commercialized, in debt and/or otherwise indebted to any person(s), place(s) and/or thing(s) including animals such as homo sapiens/humans that did business as God(s) of and over, including but not limited to, the Altruen on, at, above and over planet Earth in TAN via TAN's TACS "jurisdiction".

Article VI

1) The Altruen ("The All~True~n") is what the TACS "the eternally living~loving~moving eternal sentient love energy being~doing from Altruen Universe A ("AU A") in and of Altruen Polyverse A ("AP A") that may dwell in an otherwise inanimate physical male body ("it") from time to time anywhere in TAN" represent.

  1.1) It is what TACS "the otherwise inanimate, organic male man/machine/container/body ("He", "he", "him", "it") the Altruen temporally uses and causes to, at minimum, live from time to time anywhere in TAN" represent.

   1.11) The birth name of it, imposed under duress and without consent of the Altruen at the birth of it, is Todd Allen Clark, now domiciled at{through and over Navajo County property records, wherein TAN's Landmark is recorded as (1837 Daggs Place White Mountain Lake, Show Low AZ), with the mailing address of (3402 South Champlain Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85730, USA)}1 North Pyramid Drive, Clarksburg, North America, E.TSS.MWG.AU900781320.AP Z ~

2) Neither the Altruen Nation, nor the Altruen(s) was/were born in any State, nor in any nation-State, nor in any combination of States and/or nation-States, nor in any human legal fiction, nor in any Solar System, nor in any Galaxy, nor in any universe the Altruen(s) was/were, and/or the Altruen(s) is/are, in.

3) The Creator of the universe this is being read in ~ {See this is being read in, at minimum, Altruen Universe 900781320 (AU900781320) ~ was, and/or is, an Altruen humans refer(red) to as, including but not limited to, Nu, Ra, El, Elohim, Yhwh, Yehushua, Theo, Iesus, Dio, God, Jesus the Christ, and/or an Altruen.

4) The Pope(s) of the Roman Catholic Church (RCC) and/or the Universal Catholic Church (UCC) at Earth was/were the:

  4.1) court\bank a specific Basic Altruen Monetary Unit ("BAMU"), valued at over twenty quadrillion one troy ounce (31.105 grams) pure silver (100% Ag) one dollar, and one quadrillion one troy ounce pure gold (100% Au) twenty dollar, face value coins ("$") of the United States of America, was deposited in by the King of the Altruen Nation, with TAN retaining ownership thereof via, including but not limited to, the Polyversal Law, the insured mail receipt, the deposit slip, and the original Certificate of Origin ("COO") valued at, at minimum, +1 > - $40 quadrillion US Dollars-Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) a.k.a. no value stock certificates of the quasi-private, for-profit federal reserve system, signed and verified by the King of TAN in the otherwise inanimate human body known as Todd Allen Clark used to type this.

   4.11) sole legal issuer of TACS use licenses that were exclusively issued to specific groups of humans d.b.a. nation-States, and/or the States therein, after groups of humans d.b.a. nation-States, and/or States therein, submitted Constitutions and/or Charters to the RCC as the monetary consideration for RCC approval.

  4.12) observer State of and over the United Nations ("UN"), all member States thereof, all citizens thereof and/or legal residents therein, all humans and all other animals at Earth.

  4.13) original tax collector and law enforcement officers of and over "the flat, four cornered, stationary circle of Earth mounted on pillars, under the North that was empty space, and floating on nothing". 

  4.14) the authority of and over Earth, not the Terran Solar System, not the Milkway Galaxy, not Altruen Universe # 900781320, and not the Altruen(s) anywhere in TAN.

5) The British Accreditation Registrar (BAR), established on the British Isle, and on the North American continent, prior to 1761AD, was approved by the RCC/UCC, and was the anti-monarchy monarchy monopoly of 4) over all persons, places and things made of  TAN's Land, Air and/or Water (LAW) via TACS "jurisdiction" (i.e., "TAN's sovereign rights and powers the King of the Altruen Nation eternally uses to, including but not limited to, dictate and define words, terms and phrases") inthroughout Eternity in TAN.

6) The United States of America ("USA") is the religion of 5) that invented the American UCC BAR known as "We the people of the United States of America" a.k.a. "Esquire(s)", "Your Honor(s)" and/or the "Representatives" that authored and/or signed "this Constitution for the united States of America" on belf of the British UCC subjects approved by 4) in 1787, which was\is a constitutional republic, not a democracy.

   6.1) the 1789 Federal Judiciary Act, passed before all 13 British colonies had ratified "this Constitution for the united States of America" and the "Bill of Rights" attached thereto in 1791 as States of the United States of America, gave members and former members of the BAR, and those "learned in the law", exclusive rights, powers, authority and jurisdiction over everything in the United States of America including the Constitution of the United States of America, the Bill of Rights, the constitutional Amendments made thereto, and all laws, treaties, codes, rules, mandates, decrees, proclamations and orders made thereunder, are inferior to, and under,  members {Esquire(s) ~ attorney(s); lawyer(s); barrister(s)}, and former members of, the BAR (-) ~ {Your Honor(s) - commissioner(s), magistrate(s), judge(s) and justice(s)} dba God(s)} through and over all subjects including humans, persons, individuals, citizens, marriages and their other legal (not lawful as those dba governments cannot support their personal system of firmly held beliefs over this far beyond firmly held system of truth) 1A fictions including the Uniform Commercial Code adopted by all States of the United Nations, the United States, and all other nation-states of the UN through legal fictions of the BAR dba laws of the BAR (-) aka the Rules of Civil Procedure, and the Rules of Criminal Procedure, under this.

7) The Washington District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) was/is:

 7.1) a democracy of the United Nations (UN) controlled by 5);

  7.11) a member State of the UN that supported the Chinese style of extreme socialism as "democracy" over all constitutional federal republics;

   7.111) the police State of the UN formerly over 6);

    7.1111) not a State of the USA; and,

      7.11111) "the State" of the UCC over 6) under 4) and 5) that imposed debt slavery on all born and unborn uncapitalized citizens of the United States, and all other uncapitalized UCC citizens of other member UCC States of the UN as the private property of 4), 5) and 7) via the 1st Amendment to the US Constitution (1A) and the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution (14A) over the 13th Amendment to the US Constitution (13A), and the 11th Amendment to the US Constitution (11A) over the Bill of Rights (1A through 10A) under the BAR, the rules of court procedure of the BAR, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) of the UN signed and/or adopted by members and/or former members of 5) under 4).

8) All persons, places and things at planet Earth ("E") are in the Terran Solar System ("TSS") of and in the Milky Way Galaxy ("MWG") of and in Altruen Universe 900781320 ("AU 90978132") of and in Altruen Polyverse ("AP Z") of and in TAN ~

9) The King of TAN loves, respects, protects, and honors TAN and Members of  TAN ("MOT") , and TAN and MOT love, respect, protect, honor and obey the King of TAN lawfully and legitimately performing His duties for and on behalf of TAN at all times.

  9.1) Non-members of TAN ("NMT") include members of the species of animals known as homo Sapiens aka humans (see itis.gov) in and over the animal kingdom at and of E of and in TSS.MWG.AU900781320.AP Z of and in TAN ~

   9.11) humans have no lawful claim(s) to anything in TAN.

     9.111) all legal claims of humans are invalid, null and void at and from the time they were made.

10) There is no outside of TAN, but there are specific places in TAN for +, a specific place for -, specific places for +- and/or -+, and all legally (i.e., not lawfully; without written permission from the King of TAN) humans dba TACS are indebted to TAN, the debt is past due, and referring to UCC accord and satisfaction codes as laws, multiple commercial and non-commercial notices demanding lawful performance hereof have been given before, during and/ore after 00:00:01 a.m. IST on 01.01.0001 AD/CE at E in TSS.MWG.AU 900781320.AP Z.

    10.1) The King of TAN may accelerate performance, and demand satisfaction regarding a, any and/or all human accords, contracts, and agreements concerning it, at will.

11) The Sun is the star at the center of the solar system this is being read in, the Terran Solar System (TSS) in the Milky Way Galaxy (MWG) in AU900781320.

 11.0) All stars are space suckers that emit light via friction as fusion, not fission, not combustion.

 11.1) The dark, space, the area between your face and this screen and/or nothing is not the absence of all things.

   11.12) The Earth is spherical and eliptically orbits the Sun once every 365 ± day/nights.

   11.13) The Earth, with a vertical axis tilt of 23º, rotates on its vertical axis once every 24± hours.

   11.14) When its dark out, the area of the Earth you are on is facing away from the Sun, and when its light out, the area of the Earth you are on is facing the Sun.

 11.2) The moon is spherical, does not rotate, and orbits the Earth every 28± day/nights.

  11.21) Sometimes the moon reflects some of the light the Sun emits.

12) Referring to the Uniform Commercial Code, of the Universal Catholic Church, (UCC) 1 § 201 and § 308,{adopted by every nation-State recognized by the United Nations (UN), and every State therein including the State of Arizona (see ARS 47 §1202 and §1308), NOTICE of TAN's Polyversal Law has been given and publicly posted on and at Earth for, at minimum, 33 years (the holy see TAN's Urbi et Orbi Notice published via pages 39 & 40 of book 841 of and in the Pittsburg County Oklahoma UCC property records).

13) All are to fulfill every request, honor every wish, obey the Polyversal Law and subsequent orders from the King of the Altruen Nation as all are presumed to know the law is ignorance of the law is not a defense and includes the Polyversal Law supersedes a, any and/or all law(s) made by humans and/or for humans.
