Behind the Wheel Registration

How to get your Learner's Permit

• 1. Student must first complete a 30-hour in-person or online classroom and be at least 15 years old, yet under 18 years old.

  2. Select  the payment button below and fill out the form to register for Behind the Wheel

  3. When payment is made we will send your MV3001 Driver's License Application Form that you will take to the DMV. Do not go to the DMV until you've received the MV3001 form from us

     • Credit/debit payments receive the MV3001 form within 24 hours or less. Submissions sent after hours or on off days (including holidays) will be sent the following business day.

• 4.  Once the learner's permit is obtained, please click on the Behind the Wheel Scheduling tab schedule your first lesson

Course Options

• 4. • Traditional Behind the Wheel - Consists of six hours of driving and six hours of observing. $400 for students who went through KC's Driving School, $425 for non-KC's students. NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE 

     • Expedited Behind the Wheel  - Students are allowed to schedule a maximum of two lessons per week. Students may book all lessons in advance. Consists of six hours of driving and six hours of observing. $625 *Student is still required to hold their learner's permit for a minimum of six months prior getting their license. 

     • The Ace Driving School is NOT accepting the driver education grant.

Registration form must be completed by the Parent or Legal Guardian of the student.
