Policies

• Up-to-Date Pet Profiles

All pets included in the reservation must have a complete and up-to-date WAG! profile, including medical information, behavior notes, and emergency contacts.

• Cancellations

We understand things change! Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a 50% service charge.

• Health & Vaccinations

All pets must be current on vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and in general good health. We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet appears ill or poses a health risk to others. (We do not require proof of vaccinations but please abide by the honor system for our safety and your pups. 

• Behavior & Safety

For the safety of all pets and walkers, dogs must be non-aggressive and leash-trained. Please disclose any behavioral concerns in advance.

• Access to Home

For walks and drop-ins, clear and safe access to your home (e.g., keys, door codes) must be provided in advance. Please ensure your home is pet-safe and secure.

• Communication

We provide updates and photos during or after each visit. Please make sure your contact information in WAG! is current in case we need to reach you quickly.
