Yes! I'm the only walker on the team, for now.
How long are the walks?

Walks can range from 20 to 30 minutes. If you need a shorter service, try booking a Drop-In. If you're in need of a longer service that's not boarding or sitting, feel free to contact us here and we'd be happy to try to work with your schedule.

Absolutely! All of our services come with updates on potty breaks and photos. Our boarding and sitting services come with a PawGress Report after the stay is complete. Please let us know in the booking notes for specific requests.
What is your cancellation policy?
What is your cancellation policy?
Sitting Cancellation Policy: We understand things change! Please cancel at least 3 days before the start date
Boarding Cancellation Policy: We understand things change! Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a 50% service charge.
Walking/Drop-In Cancellation Policy: We understand things change! Please cancel within 30 minutes of a confirmed walked to avoid a cancellation fee of $5.

Please make sure ALL fur-babies that are included in the service have an up-to-date WAG! profile. Make sure the home is accessible and provide any entry instructions necessary. Indicate where you'll be leaving the leash/collar and any treats, if applicable.
PLEASE let us know if someone will be home while the service is in progress.

We'll complete walks/Drop-ins in rain or shine. If there a National Weather Emergency is declared, you will receive 100% refund, for the safety of our team and your pets.
