Nathaniel Williams is the Executive Director of the Williams Legacy Initiative, an advocacy group dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of adoption. With the support of AdoptUSKids.org, Nathaniel and his father, Larry, serve as national spokespersons for adoption, using their voices to inspire families and advocate for foster youth. Through the Williams Legacy Initiative, Nathaniel works to amplify the stories of adoptees, promote permanency for children in care, and drive meaningful change in the adoption community
Deputy Director
Larry Williams is the Deputy Director of the Williams Legacy Initiative, an advocacy group dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of adoption in Wyoming. With the support of AdoptUSKids.org, Larry and his son, Nathaniel Williams, serve as national and state spokespersons for adoption, working to inspire and educate families about the life-changing impact of providing permanent, loving homes for children in need.
Program Manager
Bonnie Williams is the Program Manager of the Williams Legacy Initiative, an advocacy group dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of adoption in Wyoming. With the support of AdoptUSKids.org, Bonnie works alongside Nathaniel and Larry Williams, who serve as national and statewide spokespersons for the organization. Bonnie and her wife, Michelle Williams, a nurse at CRMC, have adopted three children—one teenager and two young girls—and currently foster two more. As a devoted advocate and a pillar of support for Larry and Nathaniel, Bonnie and Michelle is deeply committed to ensuring that every child has a loving and stable home.
Director of Operations
Michelle Williams is the Clinical Manager of the Nursing Pool at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. And the Director of Operations for The Williams Legacy Initiative Together with her wife, Bonnie Williams, Program Manager of the Williams Legacy Initiative, Michelle has been a dedicated advocate for adoption in Wyoming. The Williams Legacy Initiative raises awareness about the importance of adoption, and with the support of AdoptUSKids.org, Michelle and Bonnie work alongside Nathaniel and Larry Williams, national and statewide spokespersons for the organization. Michelle and Bonnie have adopted three children—one teenager and two young girls—and currently foster two more. As a devoted advocate, Michelle plays a vital role in supporting her family’s mission to ensure every child has a loving and stable home.
