All bookings require a deposit which is refundable if cancellations are received 7 days prior to arrival date. See terms and conditions.
The deposit is 1 night's payment or 10% of your total stay, whichever is the greater. Deposits can be made via bank transfer or in person.
Please note - If a deposit is not received then your reservation may be resold, as a small hotel we are unable to hold reservations without deposits.
We request or take a deposit as soon as bookings are made!
For booking.com the deposit is 1 nights stay, based on the clients room rate.
For Apartments the deposit is 1 nights stay or 20% which ever is the higher.
You may cancel your accommodation at any time. However, please be advised that cancellations received within 7 days of arrival date will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations incur an administration fee of $10 related banking expenses.

For booking.com are available up to 7 days before the booking - after that the deposit is retained.
For the Units Cancellations must be requested on the company request form and are available up to 7 days before the booking - after that the deposit is retained. Submit a Form for a Refund

Travelers who cancel 72 hours or more before 6:00 PM SST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
Travelers who cancel less than 72 hours before 6:00 PM SST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged:
Refund requests must be received via the official company refund form three (7) days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations eligible for a Refund will incur an administration fee of $10 and related banking expenses.
Aprroved refunds will take up to 30 days to be processed!
