Bill is bipolar. While this might seem, at first blush, like a real problem, Bill's bipolar actually fuels amazing creativity and innovation. In addition, Bill has developed some unconventional and innovative ways to ideate and solve problems at Venture Labs. 

But don't worry. Bill has his mood disorder well under control. His meds work great. In addition, Bill has surrounded himself with those who know and love him, and can detect changes to his mood which might need to be addressed.
