“Humans can lick too”

An eight year old girl was watching the evening news while her parents were out for the night. Fifty miles away someone broke out from an asylum. The t.v showed a number to call if anyone saw the suspect. It was starting to get late and so the girl decided to go to sleep. She turned off all the lights and went upstairs to her room. Her dog followed her and crawled under her bed. She put her hand under her bed and her dog licked it, that's how she knew that it was safe to sleep.

A few hours later she woke up to hear a sound coming from downstairs. The girl put her hand under the bed and the dog licked it. She went back to sleep.

A couple hours later she woke up again and heard a dripping noise near by. She put her hand under the bed and it was licked. She didn't feel safe yet, so she got up from the bed and walked around. As she got closer to the sound, she walked into the bathroom, turned on the lights, and saw her dog hanging from a hook with its guts ripped out and blood everywhere. There was a note pinned to it, she took it, and it said. . . “ Humans can lick too. . .” -Jimmy Robbins
