This is a 40 to 60 hrs short, intensive, professional course and programme, which is delivered on a part time basis, across between four and 16 weeks, and results in either a professional award, professional certificate, or advanced professional certificate, depending upon the modules taken and duration.

The course and programme explore effective and high impact business communications; areas such as influencing others, negotiation and presentation skills; as well as business correspondence, business reports and technical report writing. The course and programmes include a mini or full portfolio and individual project.
