Expected Behavior:

Unacceptable Behavior:
Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation in any form.
Offensive comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, religion, or technical experience.
Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following.
Unwelcome sexual attention.
Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior:
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the Tech Circle organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the bootcamp.
Reporting:
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a Tech Circle organizer immediately. You can do so in person or via email at coc.thetechcircle@gmail.com. All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.
Enforcement:
Tech Circle organizers are responsible for enforcing this Code of Conduct. We expect all participants to abide by these guidelines in all bootcamp-related spaces, both online and offline.
By participating in Tech Circle activities, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.
