By downloading or using Idols Arrive ("the Game"), you agree to these terms.
Use of the Game
The Game is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game
You are responsible for your account and activities
Virtual Currencies & In-App Purchases
Virtual items (Gold, Gems, Scrolls, Idols) have no real-world value
In-app purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
We reserve the right to modify virtual item pricing and availability
Certain premium features are granted per in-game profile, not per App Store or Google Play account
Store-account restore is not available for these profile-scoped features; the Game syncs the entitlement assigned to the same authenticated account/profile
Switching to a different in-game profile does not transfer a profile-scoped entitlement
Deleting the related in-game profile or account removes the associated in-game entitlement record for that profile
User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
Harass other players via chat features
Attempt to access other players' accounts
Use the Game for illegal purposes
Intellectual Property
All content in the Game (artwork, music, code, design) is owned by The Solo Lab. You may not copy, modify, or distribute game content without permission.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the Game will be free of errors.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Solo Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
