Idols Arrive ("the Game") is developed by The Solo Lab ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following data:
Account information — display name, email address, authentication provider ID (Google, Apple, or Guest)
Game progress — player level, currency, owned items, idol data, guild membership, PVP records, settings
Chat messages — messages sent in guild chat and world chat
Purchase history — records of in-app purchases, profile-scoped entitlement sync records, and purchase issue reports
Crash logs and diagnostics — error reports, stack traces (collected by Firebase Crashlytics)
Device information — device model, OS version, language, IP address (collected automatically by third-party SDKs)
Advertising ID — used by Google AdMob to show relevant ads
How We Use Your Information
Save and restore your game progress across devices
Display personalized advertisements (via Google AdMob)
Process in-app purchases (via Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase)
Sync profile-scoped purchased feature entitlements to the same authenticated account/profile across reinstalls or device changes
Enable social features (guild chat, world chat, guild system)
Moderate chat content (report and block users, profanity filter)
Monitor crashes and improve game stability (via Firebase Crashlytics)
Improve game performance and fix bugs
Third-Party Services
The Game uses the following third-party services that may collect data according to their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob — advertising
Firebase — authentication, real-time database, crash reporting, remote config
Google Sign-In — account authentication (Android)
Apple Sign-In — account authentication (iOS)
Unity — game engine services
Simulated Players (Bots)
The Game uses scripted bot players to simulate multiplayer interactions such as guild activities, chat messages, and rankings. These bots follow pre-programmed patterns and random generation.
For PVP battles, the Game may use anonymized gameplay data from other players (such as skill usage patterns and tap speed) to create more realistic opponents. No personal information (names, email, account details) is shared between players — opponent display names are randomly generated. This gameplay data cannot be used to identify individual users.
AI-Assisted Development
This Game was developed with assistance from AI-based coding tools. All game logic, content, and artwork were reviewed, curated, and approved by human developers. No AI is used at runtime to generate content shown to users. Chat features use scripted responses, not AI-generated text.
Children's Privacy
The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us at the email below.
Profile-Scoped Purchases and Restore
Certain premium features in the Game are assigned to a specific in-game profile, not to your App Store or Google Play account as a whole.
You can request a restore for eligible purchased features by tapping "Restore Purchases" in Settings. When you do this, the Game checks and syncs the purchased feature entitlements assigned to your current authenticated account and current in-game profile.
Only eligible profile-scoped purchased features linked to that same profile can be restored. Switching to a different in-game profile will not transfer those entitlements.
This restore process is profile-scoped and is separate from any store-account restore flow provided by Apple or Google.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your game data is stored locally on your device and synced to Firebase servers. You can delete your data by:
In-app: Go to Settings → Delete Account (permanently removes all server data)
Uninstalling the Game (removes local data only)
Contacting us at the email below to request manual server data deletion
Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access your personal data
Request deletion of your data (via in-app button or email)
Opt out of personalized advertising (via device settings)
Report or block other users in chat
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
