Preface

I want to share something I noticed every time I attempt to write on line. This comes from a struggle with ADHD. I learned at an early age around 7 years old to hyper focus. I made a commitment to myself to finish what I started & not let any distractions interrupt me unless they were life or death or permanent injury related.

My technique has been quite effective in all but one area. What I want to share with you is the challenge of being able to focus when looking at any screen. Phone laptop computer television or truth be told even audio on radio or in spaces on x. The variables involved with this conclusion are hard to isolate. 

Way back in the old days with drive in movies they had subliminal & some obvious advertisements that would pop up to get you to buy food or drinks. Of course this was effective even if we didn't even notice the flash on the screen so perfectly timed. Just fast enough so you didn't really notice it but your brain does.  

Jump forward 60 years & to digital television. I have a large flat screen  television.  It was an older model on sale. It boasted all the bells and whistles USB port, internet access, all the controls easy to use etc...  I get my television from an old fashion antenna. Nothing fancy just a small cheap outside antenna on a 20 foot pipe & set up so i can turn it to get the best signals. 

A few years back after having my for just a few weeks i would notice it pixelating really bad. I would also notice that at times the screen would just freeze.  At first i didn't pay much attention, I also noticed the audio seems to work or not work independent of the picture. All good still as far as I could tell.  After a few weeks of adjusting my antenna resetting all the settings in the menu i noticed what channels I got would change. 

Constant attention a few phone calls a complaint to FCC for not being able to get the mandated by the digital rights act of getting abc nbc cbs fox cw & pbs things got very interesting. All of a sudden i has a bunch of shopping channels, psy-fi western & other channels of which only the true crime interested me in most cases. Less then a year from this purchase a rotating plethora of useless channels and spotty service still plagued me. I made some adjustments added a booster to the antenna signal which made little difference other than a slightly more stable signal.

This where everything started to fall into place. With my screen  freezing on occasion, Every once in a while it would freeze on a totally different image then what was on. I also started noticing dubbed in audio usually between  the program & going into the commercials. To date i have only had 3 video freezes where an alternate image was stuck. Usually partly pixelated but all were cartoon type images of unknown characters promoting something government related. 

The only words i been able to make out are compliance, overview or over something  & trust. With the audio the only words I been able to make out are "don't"  "listen" & "believe" all in different sound overs leading into commercials. These all had a warning or alert type theme & most of the time I could only catch them from my peripheral vision unless my screen froze. As for the audio that I speculate i was able to catch because of my hearing deficit from burting my ear drum as a child. I can "hear" vibrations better then sounds in my left ear. 

This may seem as an odd way to start my conclusion. The reason is I wanted to describe one of my techniques of acute observation and hyper focus disciplines in finding what most never notice or see.

I can't give you all the information & i try and be clear if it is just an opinion thought idea theory hypothesis deduction or if it is in fact a fact. Facts are proven or disproven using the,

Scientific Method: have a theory devise an experiment to prove or disprove it, move forward with the results. 

Yes it really is that simple. Regardless of all the garbage information you get when you "google" it.

In case you don't understand what the conclusion of this is. The same type thing happens on line as it does on television but the motive or intent is usually from the source rather then from an alternate control structure as it is in a static environment of television. Distractions on line do get more distractions from other sources to do what the rich powerful and famous want. Which is your attention money and time. Introduction 

As promised in my first 2 books here is the conclusion of the Pragmatist's trilogy. My goal is simple, document how, why, where, when, & the who of the Pragmatic Party. Our platform, policies, plans & philosophy in a digital archive and for anyone to be able to access it. 

Documenting from the very start, how it came into existence and the journey as it unfolds. I'll try my very best to keep you entertained but never at the expense of the content. To the best of my ability I will keep this as factually accurate as possible. Some things you just never forget. Then again much of it is coaxed from the far reaches of our memory. 

Your time is greatly appreciated as is your understanding and patience. I'm not a writer by trade but I'm the only one who can write this book because I don't have the money to pay anyone to even help me. Nor do I have fancy software or be using "AI".   I really have no idea how it will come out and the end isn't part of the plan. I won't be editing what I write but i will be adding notes to it and or  republishing parts of it, commenting on parts, making corrections, clarifying, or what ever else I need to do after I'm done writing this documentation. The Pragmatic Party Platform

Preface: Year 1

This is the most detailed information about our first year platform published. Please keep 3 things in mind. The first is that each policy & plan piggy backs off all the others. So while this is in the basic order each will start within the first 100 days and most of them will be adjusted as time goes on.

The second thing is that without access to reliable data or any data on certain things hard numbers and specifics shouldn't even be expected. I'll use round easy numbers and make it as simple to understand as possible.

so arguing with me about any of this when circumstances have changed is useless. We, just like any scientist will just move forward with the results and the circumstances at hand.

Universal Basic Income

Our Universal Basic income is not like any I have hear about or seen. All the others have 2 huge issues first is either no means testing or every person gets it. Which would cost 4 TRILLION dollar a year and getting any of that back would be like taxing the rich now. Plus inflation would just make it not just useless but destructive. The second pervasive problem with all the other UBI's is how complicated they make it. Costing more to run it the it costs to do it. This is the problem with non profits also. Lastly no other UBI I have seen deals with health care, housing, or any other expenses it is here is some money good luck.  So when you see another UBI  remember they are not the same as ours and most won't work and will  make things much worse. 

The Pragmatic Party Universal Basic Income

Our Universal basic income has one means test and that is income itself.  As an American citizen part of the duty and responsibility of the government if we are going to have one is to take care of its citizens. If you are 18 or older or under 18 and emancipated or with out support  you can get our UBI. A simply application process and you can get emergency relief (also takes FEMA & non profits our of the picture) in order to get food shelter and cash as your application is processed. The processing is done through a reformed  IRS (which only audits those making a million or more a year or a net value of 1 billion or more, personal income) which would document your income and expenses and a check or a cash allotment assigned. No more homeless no more starving people no more poverty. Each situation is going to be different, Each grant is based on  your personal situation not your household or who your parents are or how much they have or where you live anything other then you are a citizen with no or to little income. At this point the base is 12k a year or 1000 a month cash allotment. But that is just the tip of the iceberg of our UBI. Again keep in mind that that number depending on a plethora of variables could be higher or lower. This is where our UBI  gets interesting.

Along with the cash allotment, as I mentioned earlier, food (ebt) housing, full medical including counseling ears eyes teeth is covered, Also with in the total package education, transportation, clothes including shoes, as well as university extension contacts and or veterinarians for plant and pet care expenses. But wait there is more! HA you smiled! 2 other benefits can be applied for. The first is a grant for starting your own business. Of course this would be a complete program and detail oriented with strict parameters. Last but not least an Emergency or miscellaneous expense request. 

All of these would be similar to generic items in the store. In that part of our new tax code would be for businesses (including those renting) to be subject to price fixing. This goes for everything.

Phone service and internet is also covered and this is part of the new plan to upgrade USPS my personal favorite government institution. 

Side note: Total cost once the redundant government entities like unemployment welfare and the work related entities are eliminated would be 246 billion and the plan is to be cost effective in 3 to 5 years tops. Full implementation would take about 3 years. 

This ties into the Recycle 100 program which will double the jobs available within that same time frame.  3:48 a.m. 02/05/2025.  

Our reverse income tax system and our hybrid state worker program (those using grant money to start a business) are fundamental ways of creating a strong robust stable economy. 

This also ties into our industry protocols, environmental concerns, the new solar to hydrogen and hydrogen industry health care reform, higher education funding more pay for teachers of all grades, as well as the a public social networking system via our USPS with .MIN a simple and effective way to keep children safe on the internet but still retain freedom of speech for adults. .MIN will be fully censored and monitored while the internet we all know and love will be have a space free of censorship.  .MIN gives parents an easy way to make sure they not only know what their child is doing on line but can easily monitor and block it if they choose. .MIN will also be strictly monitored for inappropriate products and services.  shhh don't tell you know who... 4:00 a.m. 02/05/25

You may ask ok who pays for this? The answer is the rich. When I say rich you can always count on that being the 1% richest people in any demographic. It won't be a tax it won't be passed onto the consumer it won't affect the 99%. We have a plan that will make sure the rich have an incentive to pay and not pass the expense on to consumers or employee's. This again is where people are people and corporations are not people. I repeat that because it is key and the one thing lacking in all other plans when it comes to a fair and balanced economy. Stable & sustainable with the potential for us all to have a comfortable lifestyle with out restraining the greatness of our humanity.

UBI 

The Global Perspective

Once establishing our UBI,  just like the rest of our platform the example set and the positive results will speak for themselves. Our wonderful neighbors to the north Canada and south Mexico as well as South America will all benefit. When the rest of the world see just how much it will follow. We can take the log out of our eye i order to see where human rights violations are and have some moral high ground to stand on. Using superlatives can be a dangerous thing. I try and use them only when appropriate. The exceptions to "every" rule are usually because of a change in variables or intent. Given that those who desire wealth even at the expense of others will benefit in that they won't be as beholden to their wealth as they will be to their actions. 

Capitalism

We in America have nothing near capitalism. To put this to rest all I should need to say is we don't have competition nor do we have a level playing field. The fact I have to explain this is a testament to the failure of our education system and the success of media and propaganda. We can't compete globally with the slave wages paid workers in other countries. The interesting part about that is the wages they get paid actually in some cases do more for them than the wages we get paid here. Easy numbers to understand we make 1000 a month rent is 750 food costs us 200 leaving us 50 dollars. Another country they get paid 200 a month rent is 100 food is 50. So at the end of the day both have 50 dollars left over but here that won't buy much, but where they are making only 200 a month it would be like us having and extra 250 after rent and food. As for competition itself, most of us have seen the diagrams of the companies like alphabet or nestle or bayer with the conglomerate amassed with thousands of products and the power to squash any competition or just buy it out. MA Bell aka AT&T was split up in California years ago. It did little in the short run for consumers and in the long run created a mass media organized criminal element just like the fossil fuel companies. People are People, companies are not People.  

Regulating industry for safety and ecologic sustainability is a no brainer with The Pragmatic Party.

Insurance for liability for companies is also a no brainer for any business. With one line in the sand and that is employee's. The way around that is simple. If you are the owner and only "employee" then you are the only person responsible. If you have one or more employee's now you would be subject to Government regulations like OSHA. The way around this is to make an employee part owner. Even if they just own and benefit from 1% of the "company" they still have part ownership and responsibility. The would be liable for the percentage of the company they own. This changes the complete perspective of the worker/employee/part owner dynamics. Our UBI  would balance the playing field while we at this point reinstituted the needed regulations on companies. 

Personal benefits of our UBI are limitless. Just as each individual is unique so will be the benefits of our UBI. Not only that but the possibilities will expand exponentially as people grow & learn. From escaping an abusive relationship personal or professional to starting a new business or being able to pursue a passion and maybe attaining successful, no matter what you think that looks like.

Having laid out the basics of our UBI it is now time to segue to our Recycle 100 policy. Without this our UBI which will cause a significant increase in consumption could and would be destructive and counter productive just as any UBI would be.  In order to avoid that we set a unattainable goal of recycling 100% of all human waste. Nature does this automatically it is what nature is. Nothing goes to waste in nature. In Nature it is ALL GOOD! We may not be able to become as perfect at it as nature is and you could call humans the fatal flaw. If we ever expect to survive in space we will need to get much closer to it then we are now. We have a big universe to explore. Unfortunately the person driving that is like the kid jumping off a 100 foot cliff with cardboard wings, "I CAN FLY" !  um no you can't splat!

The mainstream narrative has coined capitalism as a bad thing. This is part of the way the rich get people to do things against their own best interest. Changing what people believe is a powerful tool. Even more powerful and what the rich don't want is us figuring out the truth. When was the last time you say a product say reduced in size by 25% but 25% higher in price! oh NEVER! Well now you are starting to see the picture. True capitalism is consumer regulated. We don't buy it or we choose a different brand we force a company to put up a better product or shut up and drop that product. This can be for many reasons. Social (it is out of style) political (the company supports something you don't support) religious (it is just evil...) and most of all for us ecologic ( it destroys the environment, habitat or pollutes and increases the rate of extinction etc... So when you see somebody using a term like "Capitalism" for the most part you can put it into perspective we don't have any type of capitalism and the content is miss directed. Replace Capitalism with exploited or forced because there is no other choice. With out choice you can't have capitalism. Just like in politics, the lesser of 2 evils is still evil.

RECYCLE 100

Proven by Nature

These two issues fit together like peanut butter and jelly. With limitless possibilities and challenges our UBI unleashes the human potential to solve them and reach a new level of success for humanity. Technology as we speak can help us figure out how and what to do with our waste. All we are doing at this point is turning our planet into a toxic waste land. Agriculture to Zoology nothing is spared as we consume from our natural world expendables that can't be replaced and or we are destroy the natural processes we all depend on for life itself. I can't express enough how vital with policy is and how great the benefits will be both immediate and long term. 

Doubling the jobs reducing the expense of our UBI and eliminating land fills / dumps by itself would be of significant benefit to humanity and all life and environments on the planet. From engineering products to be made with recycled materials and to be recycled, repaired,  repurposed or used in some way will take a little time. Matter of fact it will be ongoing as new products and materials enter the system. Each step a product takes creates a new industry. Sales, Marketing, production, transportation, processing, re introduction, engineering, demand, and entire supply chains created just with this one policy. 2:55 p.m. 02/06/25
