 ELIMINATING POVERTY

Our first order of business will be to pass a UBI (Universal Basic Income) bill  $1000.00 a month for all adults making less then $12,000.00  a year minus $100.00 of that $1000.00 for ever $1000.00 over $12,000.00  a year income. Capping the UBI $23,000 & with this as long as you qualify your medical and educational needs are free.  This paid for by a small tax on he largest 5 corporations and 10 richest Americans. 

This seems more important then ever with Covid-19 and all the mutations we are seeing. In 2022 if the situation has not changed significantly the lives of millions will be at stake as well as the well being of millions of children.  This also addresses race issues of inequity and opens up the American potential like no other policy ever in the history of the

                     Second on the agenda but in tandem with the UBI is Recycle 100

ELIMINATING UNEMPLOYMENT AS WE KNOW IT

Recycle 100 is a bill to be introduced in order to promote recycling of 100% of our waste.  Incentives will be given as well as opportunities for all people who qualify for the UBI.  Infrastructure as well as tax incentives for small business's will balance the playing field for all who want to work or create their own business in the field. From collections, to sorting processing, sales, manufacturing and delivery.  This is only a small sample of the opportunities that await the great Americans who decide to help rid the world of trash and make it into treasure.  Guidelines will be set up and priority given to those who need the opportunity most will be a hallmark of this program.  

Passing the Recycle 100 bill will give incentives with lower taxes and other financial incentives to promote the recycling of all our waste.  From the curb back to a consumer product it will create more jobs then any other policy ever introduced. 

Third on the agenda 

ENDING THE HEALTH CARE AND EDUCATION PROBLEM

This is done simply by making education and health care based on the individuals income.  No more then 10% of your income can be for either or both of these social services. With out changing anything in the current system other then holding health care facilities and institutes of higher education responsible for quality service to all Americans.  If you make less then 25,000 a year income your health care and education are free.  Simple is always better.  

Fourth on the agenda

SELF CONTAINED INDUSTRY

This is just to hold Industry accountable for its waste pollution and other ecologic and economic damages.  People have to be accountable and so does industry.  This would apply to the Recycle 100 bill and be set up to help compensate for the containment and processing waste that would normally pollute our environment.  Existing business's would in some cases be eligible for assistance but only with strict ecologic and economic prerequisites.  Right now every major industry would be liable for some effective change in the way they do business.  From containment and processing to natural resource management.  We have a long way to go but it is needed for sustainability. 

Fifth on the Agenda 

NEW INTERNET PROTOCOL

To keep our children safe and to create the best Internet experience for all we must implement standards.  First on this list is .MIN a new extension just for those under the age of 18.  Thus freeing up the internet for adults and free speech while opening up an more productive Internet world for minors.  Second on this agenda is the change in the way the internet is economically designed and to even the playing field and end situations like the monopolies and lack of privacy, freedom, and security.  

With our children safe as well as free speech protected once again one other major shift in protocol must be implemented.  I want to strengthen the USPS and give it the respect it deserves.  We would like to see the USPS become the hub of private communications.  This means your local post office would become a low income service provider for cell phone service and internet service.  Each Post Office would be equipped with Email kiosks and internet access as well as a way to send a physical letter to a person using the computers.  It would be at first a simple post card type letter printed addressed and postage paid and then delivered to the address given.  This is the basic foundation of the new public internet and protocols we would like to implement.  Furthermore we will modernize the transportation as well as the infrastructure to accommodate new technology. 

Sixth on the Agenda. 

ECOLOGIC PARAMETERS 

Habitats are the key to slowing the rate of extinction.  We will expand the national part system to be an international park system and form bonds with other countries independent of the political conflicts.  Reclaiming, restoring, protecting and enhancing natural environments while protecting those not yet destroyed by humans.  Oceanic related issues also will be addressed .  This area is beyond any single fix all be all policy.  Everything matters and from our food production to our leisure activities we must from now on respect the environment we are given.  Not one industry that i can think of is immune from its foot print on the planet.  Having said that The Pragmatic Party will in all cases compensate for efficient and effective transformation to a sustainable system.  But we will not compromise on the protection of the planet as a whole.  

Seventh on the Agenda

SOLAR AND ELECTRIC VEHICLES

This is basic ecology 101 promoting solar power generation and Electric vehicles is key. To do this we will support all efforts to make standard electric vehicles that will be able to get a charged battery as easy as it is to fill up your present tank with gas.  Other ideas and infrastructure will be supported also.  But a standard power storage system must be adopted.  Along with that we have designs on hydrogen based generators for both public and private use as well as commercial use.  This  is a close to the vest program but i can tell you it is ecologically friendly and it actually will counter much of the ecologic damage being done today.  Along with that it will secure power for every household no matter what the grid or power system encounters.  Let's think about it like the internet of electricity.  More on that later.   Tax incentives will also be implemented for every kilowatt of power you produce, from solar panels, wind mills or "other" sources.   We can make the united states the cleanest country on earth in 7 years or less.  

HYDROGEN

To Completely end our dependency on fossil fuels we must implement a program using solar power to produce hydrogen. This can be stored at 10,000 psi and then used to produce electricity with little or no ecologic damage to the environment. With a continual supply of solar energy producing hydrogen and oxygen we can have reserves for peak periods and have enough to supply the transportation needs.  This is the only reasonable solution to our energy problems.  One great idea i would like to see implemented is every house having a micro hydrogen generator and solar  panels fueling it for emergencies. 

Eighth on the Agenda 

 JUDICIAL, ELECTION, AND CAMPAIGN REFORM.

This is the most difficult and challenging but taking the money out of politics ending qualified immunity, establishing oversight committees and enforcing equal time laws for candidates and campaigns is long over due and needed.  Election day needs to be a paid holiday, and we need debates in order to narrow down the field  with several primary elections also to be paid days off.  Voting is our right & responsibility as Americans.  This subject will be a work in progress with years before we are able to cleanse the systemic flaws, inequities, and abuses that have destroyed our country for way to long.  I promise you  it will be an ongoing push no matter what the subject matter is because as it is quoted it is systemic and must be addressed as such.  

Key items on the agenda not listed above.

Standardized Elections, open primaries, and media protocol on debates to narrow down candidates for the party primaries & general election.  Taking money out of politics is key.

Trump didn't lose the election the American People did. Over 1200 people ran for president we got to choose from the 2 worst options possible. The Media specifically the network or broadcast media is not working in the public interest they are working in their own interest and the interest of the corporate industrial complex. This must end or democracy will.

I need to let all of you know. We have a basic philosophy, obviously pragmatism: Concerned with the consequences of actions and beliefs. greek origins prama or practical and matic or to do without direct effort. Like an automatic transmission in an "auto"  being that you don't directly shift gears but your effort of increasing speed facilitates the desired result. This is why a direct payment would be costly if that was the only "effort" to end poverty. Not only would it not be efficient it would destroy the economic system. The best example i can think of is from the homeless position the amount of money needed to just get the basics of food & shelter could easily take every penny you are getting. One beauty of pragmatism is we always look to nature & as quoted the consequences of actions and beliefs. between those two things. There is always a solution.
