Training
Delivery of controlled substances is subject to strict protocols that ensure items are handled at all times in accordance with federal, provincial and municipal law. PigeonShip drivers are required to learn and understand the relevant rules and regulations and to update their knowledge-base every 90 days.

Signature
PigeonShip requires signature confirmation on all controlled substances. Each driver has a mobile app signature pad. Often controlled substances cannot be delivered to any person under the age of 21, and therefore proper identification must be presented at time of delivery.

An added benefit of the PigeonShip service is it's ability to take picture delivery confirmation, ensuring all products arrived in the proper condition. Additional delivery confirmation data includes: Pickup date and time, delivery date and time, driver name and geo-location time-stamps.
