There are several types of newsletters, all used sparingly.
1. One that I design and can send out from The Paper Palace email account. I use your registered email associated with the message boards. Some members give me a second email also to make sure they get it.
2. The fancy one is sent out by a third party application and may contain ads put there by the third party. This one you sign up for and you can remove yourself from it any time. This one may appear in your spam folder so you need to check your junk mail file and allow it to enter your box. This contains all available links to resources on the site/s. To sign up, see the post on the message board that takes you to the sign up page.
3. At the message boards, PMs can be sent to all members as well as a group email. The group email gets sent to your email box you signed up with. Unfortunately, it does not allow HTML so I can not link up all site areas.
4. Another possible idea is putting the newsletter in a Drive File or here and just send out the link to it.
