These positions are entirely volunteer based and are unpaid.
If you are accepted for a position you will be contacted within 3 days of your application and will be expected to complete a short, self-paced training session.

Assistant Editor: Assistant to the Editor-in-Chief. Reviews and edits submissions, helps decide which submissions will be included in the magazine and which will be nominated for awards. Helps plan layout and content of the magazine.
Staff Writer/Columnist: Creates content for the magazine. This position requires experience in writing.
Article Logistics Editor: Tracks submissions for the magazine and helps decide which pieces will be published and nominated for awards.
Digital Editor/Social Media Manager: Manages social media presence and the magazine's website. Ensures all media is up to date and manages advertisement and media presence.
Art Director or Digital Designer: Designs aesthetic aspects of the magazine. Ensures all design aspects are cohesive and directs the overall flow of the publication. Helps design and display content.
Creative Director: Generates ideas for the magazine and helps design the publication. Assists with aesthetic aspects and novelty, ensures overall flow of the publication.
Editorial Intern: Assists the editors and other team members. This position requires little to no experience and is designed to create opportunities to learn about working on the magazine.
