With more than 40 years of broadcasting and music presentation experience, Jim Becker, better known to listeners as "The Foreman," has dedicated his career to preserving, celebrating, and sharing the greatest music ever recorded. His extensive background spans a wide range of formats and musical genres, including Rhythm & Blues, Top 40, Rock & Roll, Jazz, Blues, Soul, Motown, and Classic Country.

For many listeners throughout the Hampton Roads region of Virginia, Jim is best known as the longtime host and producer of The Legend Factory, a popular radio program that entertained audiences for many years through the Chesapeake Public Schools radio system. His passion for music history, combined with an engaging on-air style and deep knowledge of the artists and stories behind the songs, made the program a favorite among listeners of all ages.

Today, The Legend Factory continues to reach audiences across the United States and Canada, streaming 24 hours a day on Live365. Jim also hosts The Legend Factory Live! every Saturday at 4:00 PM Eastern Time, delivering three hours of classic hits spanning the 1950s through the mid-1980s. Each live broadcast features artist spotlights, music trivia, listener requests, memorable stories from rock and roll history, and popular segments such as the Back-to-Back Double Play and Sister Mary Elephant's Rock and Roll College of Knowledge.
