Publication Ethics:
The Journal accepts only original, unpublished and quality papers for publication in conformity with the UGC guidelines and mandates issued from time to time particularly the UGC (Promotion of Academic Integrity and Prevention of Plagiarism in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations, 2018. The submission of papers is presumed to be not-plagiarised and strictly in compliance of research ethics and the Copyright Act, 1957 and Rules, Regulations made under it. It does not allow any author to be involved in unethical or mal-practices.
Research Policy:
The Legal Analyst accepts only original, unpublished and quality papers on issues having socio-legal relevance. The papers should be preferably within 3000 words including an abstract (not more than 200 words) and keywords (4-5 words). The paper must contain author's name, designation, address and email only on cover page. The diagram, figure and table must be only in black and white. The paper must contain footnotes only as given in Guidelines for Paper Submission. The paper submitted not in compliance of research policy and guidelines will be initially rejected. The editorial team has full authority to modify the paper to make it relevant and in compliance of publishing guidelines.
