Aims and Scope:
The Legal Analyst (ISSN: 2231-5594 ), a peer-reviewed bi-annual research Law journal, intends to provide an effective platform for legal research and development by publishing research papers, articles, notes and comments authored by academicians, legal professionals, research scholars and students. The Journal is dedicated to advance the knowledge worldwide in traditional as well as evolving areas of law. It encourages the newly evolved thoughts, ideas and concepts in legal arena and it strongly discourages immoral, illegal, politically motivated comments or statements. It is an open access Law journal, freely available to the authors and readers. It is being published since the year 2011 under the supervision of legal luminaries having vast experience in Law teaching and legal research.
Peer-Review Process:
All the papers submitted to The Legal Analyst are initially screened by the editorial team and, if it is found to be appropriate and matching with Journal's policy, the paper is referred for peer-review in double-blind form by minimum two peer reviewers. Every paper needs to be submitted with plagiarism report not having more than 10% similarity text. The submission of papers may result in-

The final decision of publication of a paper is based on the final decision of the Chief Editor, in consultation with other members of the Editorial Board. The acceptance of paper is informed to the corresponding authors.
Frequency of Publication:
The Legal Analyst is published every year in the months of June and December.
Publication Fee: NIL
Having the objective of providing qualitative research to legal fraternity, the Journal encourages to contribute original unpublished papers. There is NO FEE for peer-review process, acceptance and publication. It is published in hard copy and on its website. The Journal encourages eco-friendly access of the Journal. If any author requests for hard copy of the Journal, he has to bear the printing cost.
